Knobs feel cheap. Doors also feel cheap.

Since we also had Breville do the same thing, we choose a Bella. The knobs feel cheap like a Breville and it does burn things at the recommended temp settings. It also take a lot longer to preheat than a ninja. This one has spiral heating elements rather than quartz. I am not sure which one I like better, Time will tell.
