I thought I was under attack from my enemies. It also took years to toast two single pieces of toast. I had high expectations but this product just did not cut it.

My husband is not satisfied with the toasting. He prefers the toaster! It will save using the oven in the middle of the summer though

I use this at least 4 days a week and so far it cooks everything faster than my oven. The presets are just general starting points so be careful not to over cook stuff.

Loud Fan

Only problem is when I first start it the fan makes a horrible grinding noise until it warms up. Im hoping this is normal and doesnt burn out on me.

Total Rubbish

This thing is at least a fire hazard and at most a third-degree burn waiting to happen. The doors don't stay closed when baking; when you open the doors, they don't stay open and just wobble shut on your wrist and arms! The temperature is so far off on the low side as so much heat is lost between the two doors.

Great oven

Toaster and air fry feature are the best. Everything we cooked came out perfectly when following food label instructions.

Wont accept a 13x9 baking tray. Returned.

Thats a deal breaker for me. I looked at the product specs and it only provides outside dimensions. I hoped it would work out based on outside dimensions...

Something inside the fan is bent, creating an extremely loud sound while cooking food - louder than the tv could even drown out. Best Buy is saying it is not longer able to be returned. We are not happy at all.
