Good for everything but toasting, which takes an inordinate time. Great for air frying.

The oven heats from all sides and front doors. The oven doors opens an oven keeps on. It does not have any safety locking for the doors so I do not recommend this product if you have kids. My kid bearly touched the front door and burned his hand. Overall the product function regarding cooking does a decent job but it’s dangerous because it gets very hot from all sides and doors and doors do not lock while cooking.

2nd air fryer/convection oven i have bought from Best Buy. Not even a year old and it is making funny noises. Was almost positive i had bought an extended warranty since these things keep dying, but according to Best Buy i did not. Don't buy this if you plan to use it frequently or definitely buy an extended warranty because it will die.

Defect on the fan. When using air fryer setting, it sounded like a blade hitting something inside the machine. It was loud and concerning. It was a pretty product and would have exchanged it but it was discontinued.

Love this very versatile machine. Quality build, very user friendly, & favorite new appliance. This lil guy does it all without compromise.

Bought on black friday for $130. Shipped to home and one door wont stay shut (poor QC and a bad rivet). Drove 20 miles to return to best buy. Can’t exchance since they are out of stock. When they get more in, they said I can drive back and pay $150 or order online for $150. I think I’ll shop Amazon instead.

Returned it after the first 2 uses due to overheating hot surfaces which makes it a hazard to kids or adults. Doesn’t even have caution signs went it should. Really disappointed

Love but it started making a a buzzing sound a few months oater and stopped working

really have not figured it out yet. Bigger than i expected so a bit clumsy as it does not fit under counter shelves easily and airflow needed around item forces excessive movement.

It's not bad, but you have to wait for it to preheat no matter which function you want to use. Normally air fryers just start cooking, but this one is a little different.

Love everything easy to set up was cooking chicken nuggs within 5 minutes of opening the box

I love it. So far I've used air fry, bake, and proof. It has rotisserie but I'm dumb and can't figure it out.

Had a broken pizza stone when it was opened as a Xmas present ... if you send me a new 12 inch stone all is good.

Oven works great, this deal was a great one! This miltipurpose oven comes handy when preparing food.

I love the look However it gets really hot on the outside Have not used all of its features. Only downside is the heat on outside of toaster oven.

It will not stop filling up my house with thick smoke. Makes my smoke detectors go off every time. Also hard to determine appropriate time to set it for cooking as it doesn’t count the lead time to reach set temp but meanwhile it’s cooking your food. By the time he reached temp your food is done or burnt

I love this Oven. It has so many options. We did a pizza on the stone. Also used air fryer.

The fan has loud noise.may be it is not balance, but I dont know how can I balance it because it hasnt any user manual!!!

I bought this oven in hopes of upgrading the basic air fryer we've had. It was much bulkier than I expected and took up lots of space. The instruction manual was very poor. It was difficult to tell how long it had to preheat before it actually cooked the food. It was a lot of guesswork that often meant my food was either under cooked or way overcooked. This oven was much too complicated for me and I ended up returning it.
