Space between the doors, too bulky for counter top. Didn’t even wanna turn it on to be honest. Saw how big it was and just returned it.

I had to return it because there’s a space in between the doors and that causes all the smoke to come out while cooking. The smoke kept activating the smoke alarm all the time. Other than that it cooks well.

It cooks well, but there are a few safety concerns. Notably, the knobs get hot while cooking, and the machine does not pause when the doors are open.

I really wanted to love this; but for some reason, no matter what setting it's on, it burns the bottom of everything I try to make in it. I tried placing the rack on the highest possible position (closest to the top of the oven) to avoid burning the bottom of the toast, and it still gets burnt. I have not tried all of the features, but I'm unfortunately disappointed in the basics.

Love it but it came with a pizza stone and it cracked in half on first use.

Purchased to replace an older model. The french doors are great.

Not even worth at $99. Had to returned without using. The build quality is very, very POOR. I don't understand, how they could price this at $249. Who is buying this at the retail price and praising this piece of JUNK? STAY AWAY.

I was excited about this item. However, I was so disappointed. When it heated, fan made noise. Opened doors then noise was stopped but what is the point? It supposed not makes any noises when it heated.

I was excited to order this item and I am very pleased with it so far. I have reheated take out, made pizza, air fried donuts and baked a salmon casserole. This Bella Pro Toaster Oven did not disappoint in any function. Size and design is great. Unit is big enough to cook full meals and air fry large quantities. The double doors open up for easy access to the food . Preset options take the worry out of cooking, and this unit has several to rely on. I love the extras that came with this oven (pizza stone, fryer basket and roastierrie). Plus, if your counters are filling up with small appliances like mine, then you will love this unit. I can eliminate my small toaster oven, 2-slice toaster and air fryer, that is three items gone and replaced with one multi function device.

I can only base review on shipping as I never got to use it. I tried to order this appliance twice and each time there was something wrong with it. On the first unit, the door would not latch. On the second unit, the plate was smashed and the oven itself was dented. I did not try to order a third time. Either the oven is cheaply made or the boxing needs more padding so it doesn't get damaged in shipping.

This oven is terrable it has big gaps between doors and had a big dent on top right coner.

Easy to assemble. Nob, I noticed very loose and shake.

This is complicated to use and not really happy with the way it toasts. Also, the booklet enclosed is not "user friendly". I haven't used all the features yet so can't really give an opinion of anything else.

Died in less than 6 months of not very hard use. Avoiding this brand in the future. A Ninja replaced it if anyone’s wondering.

It's just cheaply made. I took this air fryer back three times. I wanted it too work but no. The doors would not stay close. Parts missing. Customer service is the worst.

I was thrilled to finally get this. There was a big gap between the doors which started to melt the outside handles. I was super disappointed in the quality

Maybe mine is defective, but toasting 4 slices of bread to medium level darkness takes 7 MINUTES. And the operating noise was extremely loud. Comparable to a vacuum cleaner.
