    I like this toaster ALOT! My only issue is that if the item is slim, poptarts for example, it sometimes falls down into the side of the toaster slot. Otherwise it works great, lol.

    Works well. Do need to adjust settings for type of bread being toasted, which may take some experimenting. However, one can always use the "cancel" button to pop up the toast. I appreciate the slide out crumb tray - makes cleaning easy. Would buy again.

    I like the wide space in the toaster for bagels. The toaster was advertised as having a bottom crumb-removal tray, but there is none.
