This one toast both sides. Bottom of the bread gets toasted more than the rest. Fair for $20, i guess.

Also does not toast evenly. One side toasted to the setting; the other side toasted lighter than the setting.

I got it in June and it's now October. Although it's a cute toaster, it doesn't do the job. Oh well.

Took it back to Best Buy and ordered another. It arrived in several days. The toasting is not cosistent o both sides for the toast , one side much darker the the other side. Dissappointing.

Also, if you are 10 days after purchasing from Best Buy, there is absolutely no warranty. The rude customer service rep, Andrew from Best Buy asked me if I had purchased additional coverage on this toaster. Ridiculous. The toaster never worked properly. I gave it a good try, and after less than 30 days, I decided that I was going to return it because it is now completely nonfunctional. Don’t waste your money don’t waste your time. This is the worst toaster I have ever purchased in my life. Best Buy does not back their products, and now I have to go through the manufacturer to try and receive some type of compensation.
