doesn't toast uniformly. light on edges darker in middle

Burns your Bagels regardless of the settings. I don't recommend.

This item was purchased and worked for about a month until it started to not toast properly. It appears that the heating element would not function properly at 100%. Thus leaving the food unevenly toasted.

I bought this specifically to toast bagels on the bagel setting. Out of the box, many of the heating elements do not work, and pressing the bagel button does absolutely nothing. I never know how dark it will make my bread each day, and the dial hasn't changed.

I had this saved as a Christmas gift so it’s to late to return…It’s a cute toaster but it smells like burning plastic. And I don’t want to use it anymore because I’m afraid it will cause a fire. Wish it wasn’t too late for a refund.

Literally pops my bread slices completely out of the toaster onto the counter. You should see how high my pop tarts get. Not sure how these products pass any tests. Looks cute though.

This toaster burned or over-cooked every slice of bread type placed in it...even at lowest power level. What is especially disappointing is it is a Bella PRO product, a brand I totally trusted. You'll find the name on many of my kitchenware items. Maybe this toaster is Bella Pro's Edsel. If you are of a certain age group, you will know what I mean.

Works fairly well, but it often flings contents out of it. I thought at first it was by design so it was ejected to the top of it for easy use, however this morning it literally ejected my english muffin out of it and onto the counter top.

Purchased this toaster in late August, after just a few months of owning it only toasts on one side of the bread, etc... I need to see if there is any warranty on the product to return it. Not very impressed.

It's basic and I'm still working on getting the setting right.

Even on the lowest settings it will burn your bread if you aren’t careful.

Second one picked up dies not so anything. Popper won’t latch on the food. No power , no heat.

Stopped working within 4 months of purchase. The toaster lever will not stay down.

Hot garbage. First one I bought didn’t work (didn’t toast long enough on the highest setting to brown a simply slice of bread). Exchanged for a second, and the second one burns the toast every time no matter what the dial is set to. Ended up buying another brand which is way better. I want my money back, I feel like I got scammed.

cheap and flimsy, but the color of it is nice. Makes toast.

After using one month the locker of toast has been stoped working.

Not reliable at all. I'm on my 3rd toaster in 2 years and only because I also purchased the protection plan the first time around. Each replacement toaster costs me another $10 for the protection plan. Knowing what I now know, I wouldn't touch this toaster without a protection plan.

Overheats terribly. Beautiful appearance, but the unit radiates heat outward!

Broken within 3 months of light usage, the lever won't stay down to operate the toaster
