Do not buy this toaster!

Didn't try it out fast enough

Because of houseguests and summer travels, we didn't use it soon enough after buying it. Best Buy's return window was only two weeks. We're having to send a video to support a warranty claim to the manufacturing company. Disappointing!

Awful Products. Bella is a rip off.

I had one and in 1 month it started to only toast the bread partially and very unevenly. Bella made me jump through many hoops to try get the warranty fulfilled. Sent photos of the issue, copies of the Best Buy receipt, many phone calls ETC... They never sent the refund. Just a big run around and Best Buy was no help either. Bella products are Junk. Save your money and get a better brand.
