A minor concern is that the metal "holder and spring mechanisms" seem a little flimsy, so time will tell how they hold up. Other than that, it's very well designed and toasts quickly and consistently.

Good Toaster for the Money !

Was not ready for the Tech advancements. Thank Goodness a very small learning curve. Tried different breads and bagels. Seems that bottom of items toast darker than the top of items.

Easy clean trey and the lever that allows you easier access to your toast is a win.
