Finally got a roster to set to lightly toasted or crispy and very large slice very good quality

I bought it for my cousin. She was very happy. She said she loves it!

Toaster gives a very weak toast. I tried to toast two slices of white bread at mid setting and they came out like haven’t been touched. I tried it again and set to 6 the maximum level and it came out slightly toasted. Finally I toasted it the third time at the maximum level 6 and they were okay. It should perform a lot better. Cannot trust the brand by its looks, not recommended. Attached photos front and back of bread slices toasted 3 times at maximum level 6.

Nice looking toaster, but since it doesn't toast the bread, it is worthless. Even on the darkest setting the bread came out luke warm with no toasting. We tried the settings, but nothing helped. Maybe this one was just a "lemon" but rather than waste the time and effort of exchanging it for another one, we returned to Best Buy and they refunded our purchase.

Waited 2 days, and when it arrives it looks like soenone kicked it up the road to my house. Why was it not in a cardboard shipping box? Why was it not taped close? Why did it have a chip in the plastic? Is it new or is it used? The world may never know. Its a shame, because I pay Best Buy 200 a year to be a Total member, and I can't even get a box with tape.

It made no difference what number I set the rotary temperature dial from 1 to 8, the bread would not brown unless I put it in the toaster multiple times. I had to revert back to using my old toaster.

Looks pretty but be careful! When I first used it, I put it on a median setting and my toast came out burnt black. Then I put it on setting 2 and it was overdone. At the lowest setting, which is 1, it came out well toasted. If you want lightly toasted or warm bread, forget it.

From the moment I unboxed this magnificent, creamy-colored deity of breakfast appliances, I knew I was in the presence of greatness. The "Oatmilk" color isn't just a color; it's a mood. It's the gentle whisper of a thousand sun-kissed oat fields, promising a dawn of perfectly golden-brown delight. And the slots! Oh, the extra wide slots! My bagels, once squished and contorted into lesser toasters, now recline in luxurious comfort, anticipating their glorious transformation. This isn't just a toaster; it's a spa for your bread products! The toast that emerges from this culinary marvel is not just toast; it's an epiphany. It's crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and possesses a uniform golden hue that would make a Renaissance painter weep with joy. My taste buds have officially retired from their previous lives of mediocrity and are now living in a perpetual state of crunchy, warm bliss. Do I recommend this toaster? My dear friends, I implore you! If you value joy, flavor, and mornings that sing with the promise of perfectly toasted perfection, you NEED this toaster. It hasn't just toasted my bread; it has toasted my soul, elevating my breakfast routine to an art form. My only regret is not having purchased it sooner. My life, quite frankly, began the day this toaster arrived. Run, hopefully with your eyes open, to acquire this magnificent creation!

If you don't want to spend a lot but also don't want to sacrifice quality either, this is a "Best Buy"! I got the Stainless Steel model which at the time was the lower priced version. Works fine overall. Slight con: As much as I love bagels, the special button doesn't serve me well. It might work for someone else based on preference, but it was just too lightly toasted like a light warming (perhaps I missed something but I couldn't even adjust that, as the other controls aside "Cancel" won't kick in after "Bagel" is selected). The slots size works for me so I just set the toasting level, & once that's fine-tuned, great serving! Perhaps the "Bagel" button could be handy when its frozen so to thaw it least a little; subsequently, do the toasting. My shipment arrived in the product's own box, so it can be a very revealing delivery of a toaster to your front door.

Looks sleek and fancy. Works great. It’s taller than the average toaster, so if you’re toasting larger than a slice a bread it’s a great choice. Several settings available

The first thing you notice when you take it out of the box is how cheaply made it seems. The first time you use it there is definitely a noxious odor but only the first time. It toasted a Thomas’s English Muffin really well and very quickly but the "high-lift lever” they advertise as a feature is basically useless; there isn’t enough movement. It burned quite significantly the sourdough bread we use so I think careful attention to the “shade selector” is quite important. I don’t understand why there isn’t a setting or control for a single slice. It seems likely that toasting singles will result in the heating elements wearing out more quickly. It has a 2-yr warranty and I expect it will cease working soon after expiry, just like the Cuisineart one I bought at BestBuy that we had to throw away just a few months after its 3-yr warranty expired. It’s too soon to truly know if I’d recommend it. The “value” is good; "ease of use” irrelevant; and "quality" just average.

The Bella toaster is durable and beautiful in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances. It is easy to use & the size of the slots are perfect for Texas toast, Bagels & regular bread. I told my friend about it and he bought two for his home & rental property.

Great looking toaster with enough width and multiple settings to toast bread, bagels, English muffins, etc. well. Easy to clean, There was a significant discount when I purchased it too, which was an added attraction. I am very pleased with this product!

Great value. Clean lines. Works great even has a bagel and gluten free setting.

What can I say, it's a toaster. It has infinite settings for how dark you want your toast, I can accommodate as thick as bagels or as thin as Pop Tarts. I really like that it has a cancel button on it that just pops it up. My previous toaster, you pretty much had to unplug it to make it pop up manually. And this one looks nice on the counter too!

It's a toaster, but the mechanics feel vintage. Wide slots are great for those awesome thicker bagels, easy controls. My favorite part is that it has a really strong release -- the toasted item gets a bit of air time when it pops, not unlike a 90s movie breakfast montage. Paired with the neutral calm color, it's my new favorites countertop appliance!

I haven’t had a toaster in years and completely forgot what I was missing out on. This toaster has made my life so much easier it’s very fast and efficient and you don’t have to stand all day waiting on when your items are going to pop up. It is very easy to clean and pretty too! If you need a new toaster I definitely recommend this one! 10/10

Love the level of browning option. Bagels fit perfectly. Lever to raise items out of toaster allows for easy access!
