Basic air fryer, buy the extended warranty as they tend to stop working in less than 3 years. Purchase price was main reason for buying this unit.

The fan on my Bella air fryer stopped working less than two months after I purchased it. Best Buy has a very brief return window so they won’t exchange it. I have to call the manufacturer during their business hours which is when I work. They really make it difficult to get defective products replaced.

Poor quality! The product stop to working before 1 year is using it

Had it for 1 year and it stopped working. Going to try to warranty it but i don't know if it is worth it to ship it back or not. I would not recommend it.

We returned it, it never turned on. I was so excited to finally buy one. Maybe in the future I'll get another one and give it another try.

Totally dissatisfied with Besy Buy mansgement, costomer service and their return policies. I will NEVER make another purchase from Best Buy. Buyer please be careful with any purchase from Best Buy. I would rather pay a little more at anothet establishment than patronize Best Buy. I had to reach out to the manufacturer who was extremely helpful in listening and resolving my issue. The manufacturer refunded my money with an apolpgy.

I bought this a month ago and use it for my daughter’s chicken nuggets. When I fry nuggets and frozen food some part of the food comes out gooey. I missed a return window but really wanted to return.

Bought this Bella 4 Qt. air fryer a few weeks ago when our old air fryer died after 8 years of use. Wanted something that would not take up my whole counter and this fits the bill. It has a 4 quart capacity which is perfect for a small family. I made “fried” chicken strips so fast and easy put temp at 400 and 7 min on each side came out perfect with a crispy outside and the chicken was moist in the inside. I did check the temp during the cooking time to see how many minutes I would need. Now I know. It’s easy to use with a really easy clean up that I love The inside grate just pops out and is dishwasher safe. We use it everyday and right now I’m in the process of figuring out times for stuff we cook often in the air fryer. I made a list that I posted on the refrig so anyone will know how many minutes for fries etc. FYI the first time you use this there will be a burned plastic smell it doesn’t affect the flavor of the food and after several uses the smell will go away. The other is make sure you put a coaster or put a place mat under the air fryer. There is this thing called plasticizer migration that can affect your counter top. Found that out when I read the manual. Slapped a place mat under it and we are good to go. Bottom line this is a great air fryer for the money in fact we love it so much we went back and bought another one.

I saw that this was on clearance. It was a good brand. It looked super nice. There was no damage, but it seems to barely heat up and takes a really long time to cook anything in it unfortunately

Horrible service this item stopped working 30 days in and customer service told me to drop it in store only to meet a very nonchalant geek squad member telling me they couldn’t take it. Why waste my time and gas knowing you’re of no help?
