The booklet that came with the unit was only on to operate it. No input on how to use. No cooking instructions. I haven’t gone to the internet yet to get instructions.

Contacted BestBuy ,I was told that they would NOT replace .I would be required to contact Bella warranty coverage.I jumped thru their hoops .Bella would NOT repair or replace the air fryer.This was a sixty day old air fryer. DO NOT BUY.
