I consider the Bella Pro line among one of the best affordable air fryers, and this 4Qt touch screen model is no exception. It is very well made and is extremely light. Because it is only 4Qt, it is not big in size. It is perfect for a small kitchen or apartment. It is very easy to use, so easy it does not come with a manual. This particular model is black with a chrome accent. The touch screen buttons are very responsive and they light up when the appliance is on. When is it the off position the power button stays pulsating. This air fryer has the ability to cook two things at once. Its one single basket is divided by a removable plate. When the plate is removed you can use the entire basket as one. That plate, like the rest of the basket and crisping trays, is coated with non-stick ceramic which makes cleaning almost effortless. There are 6 presetting to choose from: Air Fry, Broil, Roast, Bake, Reheat, and Dehydrate. The heating coils heats up pretty quick and the exhaust fans are not too loud. Something I really like is that the appliance pauses when the basket is pulled out, preventing the air fryer from blowing hot air. My experience with this air fryer has been mostly positive, though I have a couple of minor critiques. The chrome accent looks stylish but tends to attract fingerprints. Additionally, because the basket is a single unit, you have to remove the entire basket to flip an item while cooking on a single side. Unlike some dual basket air fryers that allow individual removal, this could be slightly inconvenient, though not a dealbreaker. Also be cognizant that if you have a big family this device may be too small. The baskets when divided are not huge but you can cook a decent size meal no problem. Overall this air fryer gets the job done extremely well operating quietly and efficiently. Being a Bella Pro you can trust that will last you for a couple of years. I owned a Bella Pro XL for a few years now and it is still going strong. It is very well built, looks nice and due to its practical size is perfect for small kitchens. Cleaning is easy, as the non-stick ceramic coating allows grease and leftover particles on the crisper trays to wipe away effortlessly. In the box you only get the air fryer.

I recently purchased an air fryer from Best Buy and had it shipped to my new home. Due to the move, I didn’t open the package immediately. When I finally did, I discovered that the air fryer was cracked, clearly damaged during shipping. Unfortunately, it was just past the return window when I contacted Best Buy, and they refused to do anything to help. I’m extremely disappointed with their lack of support, especially considering the damage wasn’t my fault. I expected better customer service from a company like Best Buy. I won’t be shopping here again.

Bella did it again... I love air fryers .. I own several air fryers. All Bella's. This 4 quart trizone is even better than my other 2. I decided that Friday was going to be chicken wings night for my family. I picked up a huge pack of wings from my local warehouse store. Marinated it in baking powder, black pepper, and a little bit of paprika. Super simple. Biggest preparation was to pay it dry prior to using the dry rub. I decided to use the entire bin in its glory due to the size of the meal I had to prep. I took out the divider put my wings in and fired it up. This model/version cooks really well. It cooked the meat and browned the skin really nicely and evenly. Also cook time seem to be reduced too. Clean up is even easier than before. I almost could just spray it down with my kitchen faucet and call it good but I didn't. It took very little effort to wash the bins and dry and put away for my next air fry session. Wings came out nice and crispy and juicy. Not dry and not soggy. It was a good Friday wing night the family. Really nice job Bella.

I received this item quickly which was great but only 1 side works. I’ve tried different settings and changing things up but it’s defective. I will try and return it if I still have the box.

First thing I liked, and the main reason I ordered, was the ability to use the divider to cook different foods without mixing them. This wouldn't work well for a bigger family, but for our home where there's usually only 3 people, it will work very well. At least most of the time since there is not much room when using the divider. You either choose two small or one big meal. Also, big is relative term here since this is the 4-quart model. Still, it is very versatile. The second thing is that it looks very nice despite the two handles at the front which seem to be there only for aesthetics. I don't see the need for two although the way it was designed, you'll have to use both hands. The touch screen is well thought out, intuitive and highly responsive, which makes it is the best touch screen I've seen on any kitchen appliance. Others are sluggish and you have to touch many times to select what you want. So, I was happy to see that it is very reliable. Of course, all those features wouldn't mean much if it didn't have an excellent performance as it does. It is also very easy to use. Cleaning is a breeze mostly because of the ceramic material that allows the food to be released without leaving a mess behind. However, there is one thing that has bothered me a lot, especially the first two times I tried it. There was a fume with a very chemical smell to the point that I threw away the food and had to open windows and leave the area for a while. That happened besides the fact that I washed the basket and cleaned the unit thoroughly before using it. It was better after the third time, but I was concerned and still have no idea what exactly caused that. That's why I didn't rate it five stars. In fact, I was torn between giving it 3 or 4 stars because of it, but I liked the air fryer and its versatility so much that I didn't want to ignore all the great features because of one issue.
