    Not sure how the gluten free button works, but nice to know we can remove gluten if we wish. (OK back to serious) Toast relatively fast and even, so gets 5 stars. If anything needs improvement would be if the spring acted slower and the unit was heavier, it would feel more substantial. Overall works and looks good.
