    I just bought yesterday and pulled in today. Toxic smelling burning fumes filled up ky house immediately and then rushed to unplug. Returning tomorrow and will tell management to stop selling these things!!!

    I was hopeful that this would be an amazing toaster. The right side completely stopped working and the nobs no long work. This lasted 3 months and it’s already bad

    We received this toaster today and it is sloppily taped everywhere and looks like it was used as a soccer ball. It so obviously has been opened, the box ripped and taped up. What hortible quality control. Really makes me question Best Buy product quality control, when throughout the years I never have.

    The toaster worked well for 3 months and now the right side won't hold the toast down. I tried cleaning it extremely well of any crumbs or debris that could have been in the way of the mechanism. I even took the top off to inspect the sensor which detects the metal plate. Just poor quality electronics at this point. Will not be buying Bella products.

    Delivered damaged Was told a replacement would be sent to us when back in stock instead refunded purchase price and refused to replace it. Spent alot of time on the phone. Admitted horrible treatment but still refused to replace. Horrible!

    Received the item, plugged it in and the left side will not operate. I'm disappointed in this $80 toaster. Should have stuck with Cuisinart.

    I love the space saving design and color of this toaster! The color is so nice inwill actually leave it on my counter! Aside from the design its a great toaster! Love the wide slots and it prowns my begals to perfection!
