    It’s a toaster,i got a good price on sale but seems kinda flimsy for the original price,if i had picked it up in store i wouldn’t have bought it. It does the job but nothing special.

    I'll give this half a review since HALF of the toaster worked. I unpackaged this toaster and was so excited to be able to cook breakfast for the family much faster. To my surprise, only the right side worked. The left side didn't stay down, didn't heat, was completely dead! Had to return and there were no replacements. The side that did work, toasted perfectly!

    I bought the stainless version, and it runs way way way too hot - seriously the toaster could burn someone if they touched the outside of it while toasting. I didn’t even dare put it near the wall. Looks great, but I had to return it.

    I just bought yesterday and pulled in today. Toxic smelling burning fumes filled up ky house immediately and then rushed to unplug. Returning tomorrow and will tell management to stop selling these things!!!

    We received this toaster today and it is sloppily taped everywhere and looks like it was used as a soccer ball. It so obviously has been opened, the box ripped and taped up. What hortible quality control. Really makes me question Best Buy product quality control, when throughout the years I never have.

  • Right Side Stopped Holding The Toast Down

    The toaster worked well for 3 months and now the right side won't hold the toast down. I tried cleaning it extremely well of any crumbs or debris that could have been in the way of the mechanism. I even took the top off to inspect the sensor which detects the metal plate. Just poor quality electronics at this point. Will not be buying Bella products.
