Upon attempting to use the juicer for the first time, I noticed a burning smell. Despite this concern, the store where I purchased it declined to process a return, and I encountered difficulty in reaching the manufacturer. The store manager's behavior was unprofessional, prompting me to simply leave the product at the store.

After first use it was very loud and noisy it sounded like it was going to explode. Because I opened it past the 15 return policy from Bestbuy, I couldn’t return it. Not happy about this.

Average machine.I used it for a short time, a piece of plastic broke.

If you are looking for a juicer, don't look at this one. It is a pain to use and very difficult to clean. I used it once and put it away forever. It was a lot of work to get one container of orange juice. This item is definitely not for me. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Used twice. Second time using it it will not juice carrots. Tried to juice kale and juicer is making weird noises. This is not the juicer to purchase.

The juicer has limitations I didnt know about until I actually opened the box to read the instructions. Too bad I was past best buys very short return window of 14 days. After spending many thousands of dollars at best buy through the years they refuse to take this unused item back. Over 60 bucks....jeez

Very little juice you get out of fruits and/or veggies. Need to use a large amount of fruits and veggies to fill the jar that comes with it. Only used it about 4 times and now it's just used as decor on my kitchen as we no longer use it.

This is a very good product In terms of the carrot juice.but it damaged after 2 months.making lot of noise and finally I see a some coming from the motor.Hard to remove the blade.finally I thrown it in the garbage after 2 months

I bough a brand new item not an open box item but BB decided it was good enough to pass it on as brand new by putting security tape on it disguising the open tape. Another way to tell is it still had the old label on the box with the other person name and address on it. Im sure this some kind of bad business practice.

The machine It was spitting out the Jews around the size. It didn't really squeeze all of the juice out of the vegetables and fruits. It was more thick

As mentioned by others, started off great then abruptly started struggling breaking down fruits. It smokes and rumbles really bad.

This malfunctioned on the second use. Machine cannot handle hard vegetables as it gets stuck.i returned to the store. Bought on sale for $44. Not worth it..

I bought this for my mom, it was a Christmas gift and it didn’t work it only turned on for like a second and the instructions said to wait if that happens .we waited but it still didn’t turn on very disappointing .

The amount of pulp left over can be used again to get the most juice from produce. Device does not create a mess outside of containers.

The juice is pretty great after you strain it. I find that there is a lot of pulp left over in the juice. But I’m giving it two stars because the clean up makes me not want to use it at all.

I am looking for a 0 rating. It's for the product BestBuy shipped. The package box itself is very old and torn. The box itself was not sealed completely. When we opened the box we saw scratches here and there on the jar. Doesn't look like a brand new one. And nothing in the box were sealed properly except the cleaning brush. Very disappointed.

Doesn't give the juice a smooth finish. I have juiced multiple things and most if not all is very chunky. Way thicker than nectar. Not sure what the issue could be. Mist likely will return.

I got this to get a fresh joice but not happy at all.

Terrible machine cheaper to buy hand squeezed orange juice at the store too much work involved with making your own orange juice.
