Excellent product, looks very stylish and does the work.

I purchased this unit when it went on Clearance. Got it two days later, except BestBuy sent me a Return! No paperwork, cord tied up, dirty unit. I call, they're very sorry and send a second. Second unit arrives today, box is torn up with tape holding it together, and Styrofoam coming out of the sides!! I chat with Roger who has no idea what I'm talking about, but yes, he'll send for a UPS pick up and I have to wait for UPS to inspect it for my claim??? I call CS. Rep seems to understand me and says UPS will pickup both in 24 hours. I have an email now that doesn't say anything like it!!! Don't buy this item on Clearance!

I recently purchased this Air Fryer, and it has completely transformed the way I cook. I am very happy with this air fryer! I had one similar before but it broke so I got a larger one with shelves/racks instead of the basket thinking it would be easier clean up! NOPE and I normally only used the one shelf anyway. It took up more room on my counter as well. Finally I decided to go to this one with the basket (I justified it because it was on sale at a great price) and it's big enough for what I cook just for me and I love it. Way easier to keep clean and cooks perfectly. My only concern is the knob control - that's what quit working on my first fryer.

It's a pretty sleek looking machine. Doesn't take up too much counter space. I chose this over other models because of the high wattage (typically means it'll get to temperature faster and stay hot when you put in frozen foods) and the see-through window. So far it's worked well. Came home late one night from work. Threw some seasoning on some refrigerated drumsticks and in 20 minutes I had a hot meal. I typically wash it with hot soapy water, but I've also put it in the top rack of the dishwasher and it's come out clean.

I had been cooking out of a NuWave for almost 3 years. The much more inexpensive Bella Pro Series 6 qt with window has outperformed it. I have reheated several things including pizza, and it seems to cook more thoroughly and evenly. Perfect for singles, get the 12 quart if theirs two or more to feed.

I have had three air dryers in several years and this one is by far the best! Ease of use quality and performance. I actually bought a second one for my daughter for Christmas. I had a mooso and a power xl and neither of them even lasted a year. I am hoping this one will last much longer

My first Air frier and I’m very happy with it. The size is great, and I love that I can check on the food through the window. Overal modern look and I really like the touch buttons. I also like that the removable plate inside is not cheap plastic. Very easy to clean.

Purchased it at a low price. It’s a must have in every home. Makes my life a lot easier prepping snacks. There so many features and I love the window with interior light. Will definitely recommend!

This is as nice as the Ninja I borrowed to see if I would like an air fryer. I did try one Bella Pro Series without a window but returned it before using it and purchased this with window. The window is necessary in my mind because all times are estimates. Sometimes fish is thinner or thicker so the time needs to be adjusted. Same with Metts and Bratwurst due to size difference I have had to adjust the time. Vegetables also--how thick or thin do I cut them. I recommend this brand and this specific unit. Perfect for the two of us.

Works really good, easy to clean, love seeing the food too you dont even have to open it because it has a window just like an oven. There so many options and its big enough to fit family meals

Touch display works good. Time and temp easy to adjust. Center knob makes adjustments easy. Knob has some movement from side to side but read from other reviews that’s normal for this model. Interior light and see through panel is a plus. Power button constantly flashes, which is a little annoying. Wish they had designed touch screen to activate by touching anywhere so display could remain dark when not in use

I bought this item for my sister for Christmas. I have used it many times when I have stayed at her home. This air fryer is precise and very easy to use. Using it is an excellent easy way to make dinner for one or two people.

Everything about this is great. Very compact and easy to use. Looks very sleek. Only problem I have but not an issue is the knob. Its cheapy feel and no restriction at on. Need to beef this up a little but overall great product
