Bought new 3 weeks ago and tried it for first time today. Cooked beef and vegetable on both Sear and Saute. The item has a small handbook with no instructions to use various cook settings. Mine stayed on "Pre-heat" for over 20 minutes. I finally cooked and it was on 400 plus degrees but cooked uneven across the surface. Never really browned the meat. I then cooked on Saute some vegetables. After a total of 55 minutes of use, the "PreHeat" indicator never went off. I could have cooked this recipe in 17 minutes on a stove top burner. Decided to return it, though Best Buy website says it is no longer returnable, even though I have used it once and owned it 3 weeks.

I bought one of this on Black Friday, I love it so much that I just purchased a second one for the road. When I travel with my family I can cook any meal at any hotel room, I can slow cook go to the beach and come back find my meal warm and ready. I can simmer and or steam, sauté vegetables rice any type of meat, soup and or pretty much any meal. The options are endless and most convenient is I can store the tray in the fridge and warm up the next day without the need of a microwave and that keeps all the nutrients on my vegetables and or meals. I give this product a 100000000 stars. Very convenient way to prepare meals

I originally bought this product just because I had a coupon, but it turned out to be a great purchase. It has multiple functions and temperature settings, making it easy to prepare simple meals with minimal mess. I especially appreciate the keep-warm feature—it keeps food ready until I’m ready to eat. The size is just right, and it’s perfect for potluck gatherings too.

I've gotten Bella products as gifts in the past and I'm not crazy about them, but I absolutely love this. It might be because it's part of their Pro series which are made better. Very beautiful and simple cooker with a no-fuss timer. I use the sautee and steaming and they work fantastically. Your dishes can really get that sear from restaurants. I am not used to setting precise temperatures, but a chef might. Best things: - Aesthetically top notch - Easy to clean with removable trays - Simple mechanical construction - NO off-gasing smells that I get from Bella's entry level products. - NO PFAS coating. All ceramic or stainless steel trays.

Great for making Stews! Love the sear function, it works really well. Then I put on the slow cooker function and BAM, everything comes out so tasty! I use it about 3 times a week on average! I also like how easy it is to clean.

I recently purchased this multi cooker, and it has completely revolutionized my kitchen! As someone who loves home-cooked meals but doesn't enjoy cooking, this appliance is an absolute lifesaver and game changer. The sheer versatility is what impresses me the most. I've used it to cook tender pot roasts in a fraction of the time, slow cook hearty stews for a hands-off weeknight dinner, and even sauté vegetables to perfection before adding them to a dish. It’s like having a rice cooker, and steamer all rolled into one sleek, compact machine. The user-friendly interface makes it incredibly easy to switch between functions. The pre-set programs for things like rice, soup, and chili take all the guesswork out of cooking, guaranteeing a delicious result every time. Cleaning is also a breeze thanks to the non-stick inner pot. This multi cooker has truly empowered me to cook more and eat out less. It’s a fantastic investment for anyone looking to save time, reduce kitchen clutter, and enjoy a wider variety of home-cooked meals. I can't recommend it enough!

I recently purchased an electric cooking pot, and it’s been a game-changer for my small apartment kitchen. Its compact design saves space, making it ideal for dorms or RVs. The nonstick coating ensures easy cleanup, and the adjustable temperature control is user-friendly, perfect for beginners. I’ve cooked ramen, eggs, pasta, and even sautéed chicken effortlessly. It heats up quickly, often faster than my stovetop, boiling water in about three minutes. great for one or two servings, Overall, it’s reliable, portable, and a must-have for simple, quick meals.

    Sub par slow cooking

The slow cooking mode does not include low/high settings, so I assumed that the food would cook in "low" and scheduled it for 8 hours, resulting in a burned meal; there is no mention on the manual which setting is the slow cooking set at and no way to leave it to 8 hours, my favorite setting; I then set it for a bit over 4 hours and it began to burn my second dish, leaving it also non-edible. Besides this, it is not deep enough, I was hoping to be able to eventually cook other things like turkeys; not big enough, I might swap to my old slow cooker, which though not timed would never burn my meals!
