Durable and easy to use and clean,i love the looks

Great product, nice look and very easy to use with multiple settings.

My sister has a similar unit from a different manufacturer. When I saw hers, I was determined to buy one for myself. To my surprise, while browsing the website, I found this unit on sale, which was an added bonus. I love this product and the company so much that I recently purchased a deep fryer from them. It's a worthwhile investment if you enjoy cooking.

I really want to like this product. It's a stunning appliance, and the multi-cook function is very convenient. However, it's simply not an effective slow cooker. For starters, it only seems to give you one setting for slow cooking. It doesn't even specify what that setting is, but I'm guessing it's equivalent to "high" as it tries to default the time to four hours. Most recipes recommend using the "low" setting, so this already sets you up for disappointment. On top of that, it just seems to get way too hot - even by "high" standards. I always use the recommended amount of stock/liquid, if not a little more for my recipes, and it's completely boiling by about the 2-3 hour mark. It's almost boiled off by 4 hours. I've yet to have any usable broth left over when slow cooking beef or chicken. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but based on what I'm seeing so far, this is all about the convenience of being able to sear and do something kind of like slow cooking in the same pot. It's not about delivering good slow cooking.

Perfect product for any crock pot meal! Sear first, then dump the remaining ingredients to simmer. No pan changes means less mess.

So far I'm loving this it sure saves me a lot of trouble in the kitchen.I don't have to do much cleaning.I got one PAN.I can pick up and take it and clean it.And I don't have to make a mess

It is a very good pot for single or small family. The versatile cooking features will meet most kitchen requirement. And itself is a good looking furniture.

Very convenient to cook vegetables with delicious tastes. Slow cooking of meet was working perfectly. I like it and recommend.

The slow cooking mode does not include low/high settings, so I assumed that the food would cook in "low" and scheduled it for 8 hours, resulting in a burned meal; there is no mention on the manual which setting is the slow cooking set at and no way to leave it to 8 hours, my favorite setting; I then set it for a bit over 4 hours and it began to burn my second dish, leaving it also non-edible. Besides this, it is not deep enough, I was hoping to be able to eventually cook other things like turkeys; not big enough, I might swap to my old slow cooker, which though not timed would never burn my meals!

My experience with this cooker has been good overall but limited. Limited, because there is one thing that I've decided that I no longer care for, and that is how the bottom of the pan is not flat, but has ridges, and there is no optional flat pan insert. This is not working as well for me because it limits how and what I choose to cook. I didn't really think much about all this right away and when searching, and it's something learned as I go. I doubt this is a true multi-cooker, so look it over and read what the pan can do if you're pondering it, because this unit is a very decent cooker to have if you've got space for it. The sale price seemed decent and the unit is attractive and easy to use. If you're okay with this unit's functionality design, then it's more a 4-star or 5-star unit. I've chosen 3 stars for my review based upon my afterthoughts of using this pan of my own needs, which may not rest well with some people. For me, an optional insert over a flat pan would've been ideal. I failed to recognize my own needs until it became too late for me. My experience was more like trial and error of a unit that works well for many styles of cooking, just not all styles. I don't have a stove, oven, or a cooktop, so must rely on an electric cooker. Now I'll have this unit plus a true multi-cooker and, hopefully, I'll be good to go!
