    A little disappointing. I purchased this item to cook stuffed peppers, stuffed cabbage etc. The 'Slow Cooker" feature has no Hi/Lo adjustment. The heating element heats only on the bottom, therefore it stays on Hi till the cooking temp is reached. Burned the bottom of the peppers. It is a well built nice looking appliance. Controls a little complicated until you try it s few times, manual confusing. I'll be trying the Cabbage Rolls this weekend. The 'review' asks "Would you recommend this item?" Y N. As I must answer this question (required) I would say Yes, with reservations.

    nice cooker has several features I originally bought it for the sear feature to brown my roast then wanted to slow cook it. but there is only one setting for slow cooking and I set it for way too long to cook and ended up burning it. there is no low for slow cooking that I have figured out so be prepared to lower the cook time and add plenty of liquid to the pot to prevent drying out.
