    nice cooker has several features I originally bought it for the sear feature to brown my roast then wanted to slow cook it. but there is only one setting for slow cooking and I set it for way too long to cook and ended up burning it. there is no low for slow cooking that I have figured out so be prepared to lower the cook time and add plenty of liquid to the pot to prevent drying out.

    The sear function works really well. The slow cooker function, not so much. First it only has 1 setting, 4 hrs high. It doesn’t slow cook. It just boils and burns everything. Sadly it’s being returned to Bestbuy
