Is to run it 2 times to get the rubber smell out . It does say to wash it before using . Just not smart enough to say rin it 2 times before use becausebit smells like burning rubber

He said it operates just as well as other name brands and has such a unique design having the keypad on the top.

The plastic on the top of the handle started chipping after just one dishwasher run. One of the rubber tabs of the insert grill pan came off. Still works good. Just be easy with it.

The kids love cooking nuggets and tater tots in it, but I love it for baked potatoes and roasting a whole chicken. Everything comes out great!

The only thing I don't like is that when you push the start button, it is loud. But it does wind down some and one gets use to the noise. I will still give it 5 stars. Well worth the money.
