    This thing stopped working after a couple of months, and was used only a few times, I contacted guaranteed, placed a claim but it was a hassle so I dice to leave it alone. Definitely don't recommend this product.

    didn't last 4 months, going to submit a claim with best buy for a replacement. bella pro has a 2 year warranty on their products, thing just died on me.

    I've had this just a little over a year, and it has already stopped working. I can't recommend buying this because I believe that a product like this should last more than just over a year.

    The six quart was used one time and had to bring it back and didnt have the same so had to pay more to get one .

    My first time using this air fryer, but the metalic smell in food is horrible. Any recommendations on this pls ? I can't stand the smell. I already threw the box away away i would have return it.

    Best Buy service fails to provide any assistance beyond the initial purchase. Best Buy service is not reliable. They always tell customers they are not responsible and is now your problem.

    1st one stopped working you had to force the basket in for it to connect. Returned that one. 2nd one is starting to do what the 1st one did. Not sure it was worth the great sale it was one

    I purchased the "bella PRO - 6-qt. Touchscreen Air Fryer - Stainless Steel” on 2/5/25 from Best Buy. By April it was getting difficult to get it to turn on. We had to pull out and reset the basket numerous times before it would work. By June it would not work at all unless we held the basket in the entire time. It was under warranty so the company sent a check for $$39.02.

    Lasted 4 months. It worked well until it suddenly stopped. About halfway through cooking some potato wedges it just died. This is my 2nd Bella Pro Air Fryer. The first one was a two quart with analog dials. It lasted less than a month. I was a fool to think a digital Bella would be a quality product. Never again!

    My review is purely for BestBuy service not the product. They promised to reissue this item which was never delivered with original price I ordered but they never did. I am furious because they wasted 6 hours of my time in the calls and 2 hours today itself. In last 20 days several times I called regarding the delivery, but every time they told they will reissue and it will be deliverd and today they took a U-turn saying we processed refund,

    Purchased this item January 2025 and now its April 2025 and it wont even come on. Work for 3 months and im glad i didnt pay the original prive i would have been very mad.

    I got the air fryer last month. Used it 4 or 5 times. Now it’s completely dead. Best Buy return window is only 15 days. I would need pay to ship to the manufacturer to claim warranty. Never again Best Buy.

    Very bad customer service with best buy, this product has been returned on it's own to warehouse by delivery agent with out even asking and didn't get my refund back at least, this is happened 1 month back

    Worked only 1 time. Set it up, used it one time. Next morning, went to use, and nothing!! Couldn't get touch screen to come on.
