Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like my Bella air fryer I bought one at Best Buy before but the other the door broke, This one the stainless steel 1 seems to be made better. It has better bolts an everything It even has a better door on the black one it has a plastic door the stainless steel 1 it's all metal. Black one also had bolt covers that's why it broke. This one is made better then black one that they sell I highly recommend it

Only thing to be careful when cleaning is the rubber feet on the grate inside the badket may come off when cleaning.

Back to back cooking issue

Stopped working in 2 months

It only worked for 2 months exactly. Now I know why it was on sale. I threw the box out so can't return it. Don't waste your money on this air fryer.

When I contacted the company, I was told they do not have the replacement parts and to search on-line for a retailer who does sell them. Found them on Amazon and replacements cost about 1/3 the price of new air fryer. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR ANY BELLA PRODUCT

Works great until it doesn't
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased on January 2025 and suddenly broke in March 2025. Called Bella's warranty service and they require the air fryer be shipped for service at the customer's cost. Not worth paying $30 at UPS for a box and shipping to send it back to them. Feel like I got ripped off on this one and won't be buying from Bella ever again. If you are like me and don't get lucky, then their 2 year warranty is worthless.
