They DO NOT honor their warranty just 3 months in

Im only 90 days in snd they refused my warranty claim even though they state 2 years. Ive also never used metal utensils, this thing is trash it also smells like burnt plastic each time you ise it.

(boo hoo).After 8 month use its hit or miss if any if the display light comes on. Takes patience to repeatedly open and close and pressing power button to get it operational. If not for this issue would give five stars.
