This is actually the 3rd one I have bought! This purchase qas just a backup because i use them so often. I have 2 because I have one I use for certain people without allergies and the other is used for people with certain allergies. The customer service at Best Buy in Buford was excellent!

It heats up very quickly and doesn't do anything too fancy, it's very easy to clean and reminds you to agitate the food halfway through the cooking timer. I have absolutely no complaints about it. Max temp is 400F.

I have limited use of one arm and do not trust myself very much in the kitchen and this is easy for me to use. I drop food in the basket, close and set the timer the only thing that I do not like that it should suction to the counter, so that it doesn’t slide as easy but I will be putting a mat under it.
