I ditched it for this and it works fantastic! Best product on the market.

I've used it to heat up frozen french fries and reheat leftover pizza. It performed both tasks well. I look forward to using it for more things.

Love how its dishwasher save. Only wish it had a preheat setting. Its no big deal though, just turn it to 400 for a few minutes before you start cooking and all is well!

I have a year and no problems at all.

I put chicken tenders in it cooks perfectly. I have reheated pizza and it has a button for that specifically lol.

The first unit lasted about 7-8 months. The first unit became useless when the door safety switch broke, this is a known issue with this model and there are tons of reviews from people who had the same thing happen to them. I bought the unit again because I hate change, the deal of the day price was ok on it, and it worked well for my chicken before. I also figured this time around I would insert the basket in as gently as possible to make sure the safety switch never breaks again, I have to be honest on the first unit I use to shove that door in with some force which is why my safety switch got destroyed and I’m willing to bet it’s the same scenario with others who experienced the problem. Other than that the unit works well for me. The only other thing worth mentioning is the unit puts out some odd smells on certain food items but the end result food tastes ok
