Food cooks even and gets good color but it's not exceptionally well made. There's no mechanism for removing the basket you just pull it out and put it back in. After a few months the edges of the basket and the frame were misaligned then it just stopped recognizing when the basket was in and wouldn't start.

I am learning...Happy with my purchase.
