I have 3 of these units. The first one lasted 2 years and 4 months. We started having issues with the display at a little over a year. The second unit lasted less than 2 months. We called customer service and have sent emails back in forth with their required information, (receipts, pictures of the bottom sticker on the unit, name, address, phone number, a video of the units malfunctioning) not once but now 3 times starting in April of this year. We have yet to get any replacement information from the company. The unit itself works great when it works, but customer service absolutely sucks. It’s a great very short solution for an air fryer. Buyers beware.

This ghe second belle aor fryer and when you fist used them. They smell like burning plastic. How do i get rid of that smell. The old one finally stop smelling. I even removed the rubber tabs on the try

It does an okay air frying however it is EXTREMELY loud and generates a lot of heat.

Digital control panel freezes. I’ve tried two with the same result. The nonstick coating also comes off.

I give it 2 stars because it seems like a very simple material and it often marks an (error) it seems to overheat and I don't like how it cooks. I bought it because I previously bought one from the same brand, another model, and I thought it would be the same quality.

I have until 21st to return and they said it's only for members but it basically said returnable til 21st and nothing said it's for members only. What a scumbags !

This particular airfryer was too difficult and complicated to use too many things you had to do in order for it to work properly so I returned it back to Best buy and got my money back.

Stopped working within 4 months. Got an awesome price, but it’s not worth it
