Excellent air fryer!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been extremely impressed with Bella kitchen appliances in the past so it was no surprise that I was really happy with this Pro eight quart air fryer as well. The first thing I noticed about it during my first use was how large the capacity was versus how small of a footprint it took on the countertop. I have heard of people shying away from larger air fryers, or just air fryers in general because of how much space they take up, and I have owned models from other brands that I would agree take up too much space. But this Bella Pro 8qt model is great for tight counter space, and also surprisingly very light for its size. Speaking of capacity, the dual or divided basket option is top notch and now that I have the option, I can never go back to a single basket air fryer. It is just too convenient, and to have it in a high capacity but space conscious machine is great. I was a little worried about the touch screen sensitivity and function, especially given the price point of this unit but I have not noticed any issues. It is responsive, has no delays and I don’t need to repress anything even if I happen to have greasy fingers while cooking. I think my favourite part of this air fryer, however, is what Bella calls the EverGood Ceramic nonstick coating, and man is it noticeable! Our household has gone through several air fryers in the past couple years and a common issue we have with all of them is a lack of a good coating, or a sticky surface we just can’t seem to get clean. We have tried all the tricks the internet recommends but it just never helps, which leads us to just using the silicone or paper fryer liners, which honestly defeats the purpose of the air fryer and does not give the same cooking results. This is the first air fryer, though, that we can definitely notice a difference in food not sticking at all, and the surfaces coming clean with just a light rinse. Even if we cook multiple meals in the fryer before a rinsing, there is no sticky build up happening which has been common in older air fryers. Overall, I cannot believe the quality of the air fryer especially given its price point! I am shocked it is not another $50-$70 more. I highly recommend this model and I can see it being a great gift option for the upcoming holiday season.

Bella Pro air fryer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unboxing and set up was simple, after removing all the packaging material, including a hidden piece of cardboard inside the cooking drawer. After plugging the cord in all the lights flash momentarily, and then just the power/start button stays lit. By pressing the power button all of the preset options light (air fry, roast, keep warm etc), along with the time and temp settings. The Bella Pro Series is seriously big enough to air fry a whole chicken with room to spare! My old one was 6 guarts but this one seems to be twice the size. It comes with the crisping tray, an instruction manual and a room divider. So far, I've made bacon, steak, sweet potatoes and French fries. Clean up for both the sweet potatoes and latter the fries which I tossed with a bit of avocado oil was as simple as wiping the drawer and tray with a damp rag. I then cooked a steak, some grease in the bottom of the tray but not alot so I left it there as I cooked bacon, just to see how easy it would be to clean twice baked in residue. I am happy to report that after draining it all in a jar, I was able to again just wipe it out spotless clean with a damp cloth. Because the smell of bacon and steak still lingered a little, I did decide to put it in the dishwasher bottom shelf. There was no pitting and surprisingly no water stains inside either, it's (forgive the cliche) like water of a ducks back. The divider comes in very handy when creating a full course meal. I made chicken wings on one side with fries on the other. It's really nice because there's no grease splatter between the two. This is very handy. The manual comes with quite a few recipes that I plan on trying, since I've never had a Mango blueberry ginger crumble, or cauliflower tots. LOL My take is this; I really like the versatility the Bella Pro gives me, much better than the old one I had. And yes I'd definitely recommend it no matter what size household you may have

Great Air Fryer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a frequent user of my air fryer over the last six years. So I have very high standards. I saved a lot of time making meals with the divided basket. I used the divided basket to make pork chops and zucchini, I also made a small steak and French fries. They both came out very well. I removed the divider from the basket and I cooked a 24 ounce in there with no problem. With my previous air fryer, I could only fit a 16 ounce in there. I also made a bunch of chicken wings and there was enough room to cook all of them at once, I am very happy I no longer have make things in batches. A big pro of this fryer is that it is not very loud when it is in use. This comes in very handy when I make myself some late night snacks when other people in the house are asleep. Cleanup was a breeze, the basket, tray and divider came apart very easily. I washed them with regular dishwashing liquid and the grease was gone from the ceramic tray very quickly compared to my other fryer. I would recommend this to my friends and I and giving this air fryer five stars.

Great Versatile Air Fryer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have spent some time with this Bella airfryer and I am thoroughly enjoying it. I only ever had toaster oven styles of air frying. And once you go basket you can’t go back. It has an included separator so you can make 2 smaller meals or one larger. Which was nice making nuggets and fries and can take out the separator the make a bunch of one thing. Allowing also for bigger pieces of food. My wife and I make air fried salmon belly from time to time and it gets soo Smokey and would have an oily mess in the oven. But in the Bella barely any smoke and the oil goes into the bottom bucket area. The Bella has EverGood ceramic and nothing sticks. When I went to clean all the oil out it all came out no issue as the ceramic let nothing stick. It fries evenly and quick. Great for ease of use. The size is a perfect size to make an enough food in one go rather than a lot of batches. There are so many features this air fryer has and allows for so much versatility. Definitely a great addition to anyone’s kitchen.

I LOVE Air Fried Food
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My #1 thing about air fried food is that it is MUCH healthier than regular fried foods and has the benefit of having less calories. This large capacity air fryer is a game changer. It is more than just a simple air fryer. You can also dehydrate food. Imagine making your own homemade jerky, spiced just the way you like it! The instruction manual that comes with this also has different recipes for you to try out. YUM! The touch screen on the front is simple to use and easy to read. The left side of the screen has the power button and temperature settings. On the right side you will find the menu button and the time setting. There are 8 different options across the top of the screen to choose from: air fry, roast, broil, bake, reheat, keep warm, pizza, dehydrate and default. There is not much more you could ask of an air fryer. With most things you cook in this, it is rather nice to just push a button, wait and serve. I love the feature that when using the preset options, halfway through cooking the air fryer will beep to remind you to turn your food over or shake those fries so they don’t stick together. There is plenty of room so that your fries don’t have to overlap or touch each other. I find this VERY helpful and will be using this most of the time. Who likes soggy bottoms…not me. With the separator that fits in the middle of the basket length or width wise, you are able to cook two things at once. However, this is not a dual air fryer where you can cook two things (at the same time) at different temperatures. I didn’t mind this because when you start to cook all you need to do is put your chicken in first and then put the French Fries in later. By doing this, they will be done at the same time. If you are having a party, you can make a huge amount of those famous chicken wings and whatever other appetizers you can dream up. Things come out nice and crispy. The ceramic surface inside the basket makes cleaning up easy. I always make sure to use silicone utensils, so that I don’t mark up the surface and ruin it. The crisper tray has silicone bumpers on the edges to make placing it in and taking it out easy and leaves no scratches. If you have never used an air fryer before it is important to note that the heat escapes from the bottom. You will need to make sure plastic and things that easily melt are not close to the fryer. I set mine on a thick place mat and have no problems. I spice my foods before putting them in the air fryer to prevent any mess with over spill, etc. This makes for less clean up when you are done. This product cleans up quick and easy. This may not have the bells and whistles that some air fryers come with, such as separate divided cooking temperatures, but in reality it has all you could possibly want to make a delicious meal. I love this large air fryer and for the price, you certainly can’t go wrong.

The perfect air fryer for a small family!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My wife and I loved our air fryer, and used it a lot, but we had had it for about 5 years and it was way, way too small for using it as much as we would have liked. Getting this thing out of the box I was pretty impressed with how high-tech, yet conventionally black/silver, etc so that it would not stand out too much in the kitchen, yet still look fantastic, and modern. The entire thing can be setup and begin using without reading the instructions, except you will need to know safety handling of course, but also that to turn the darned thing off you press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The bella comes with a nice little piece of refined, non-sharp medal coated in the same color as the internals of this air fryer, so you may wonder what it is for. It is a divider actually that you can put in the air fryer and divvy up your food how you like. What seems like an unassuming piece of metal is actually pretty high-tech because you can position this thing any which way, but you can also tighten the thing just by positioning it a certain way and it stops. I really don't know how they did it and may be a bit more impressed with that then most but it's still interesting to know I think.. This is ceramic and as most of us know, that is the best for quickly building up heat, as well as retaining it internally. Most slow cooker are ceramic, and many other areas of the food world use ceramic. That is the best, and so I was happy to see that is what the Bella uses. It heats up incredibly fast and does a fantastic, even job of getting everything warmed up. The menu on this unit is clear and mostly easy to read if you have good eyesight. It's akin to a microwave though, most of those settings you will likely never use and just cook most things in the default method, or with a slight temperature adjustment. This air fryer is great and I would recommend it to anyone, perfect size for a small family or a couple.

Excellent Mid Size Air Fryer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If I were to make a list of actual quality of life improvements that have become common over the last decade or so, air fryers would be near the top. If you still haven’t tried one, I highly recommend it. And if you are going to get one, this Bella Pro 8qp fryer is a solid choice in my opinion. 8qt is a good mid size for most households. It has all the basic features I would expect at this point. It’s easy to clean; I like the nonstick ceramic crisping tray in particular. It comes with a divider to split the basket into 2 halves if so desired. It has a variety of presets which come in handy once you learn the time and temps, I do wish they were one touch though. You have to cycle thru them, but that is a pretty minor complaint. One thing I used this one for that I had never done before was to dehydrate some fruit. We made apple slices with cinnamon and honey on them. They were so tasty and the house smelled so amazing that day! Overall I find the device aesthetically pleasing to the eye and the LED display works well enough to navigate it in the dark once you get a little familiar with it. All in all I think this is a really nice mid size unit with all the most important basic features packed in a nice looking design. We really like it and I would absolutely recommend it to a friend.

Great air fryer to add to the kitchen.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. With the popularity in air fryers these days, it's nice to see updates/upgrades to them which enable them to be more feature driven devices rather than an oddity in the kitchen. I've owned a few air fryers in my days and these newer ones with touchscreen displays, larger capacities and modularity are a welcome upgrade. "Most" air fryers you see will look like this one, for the most part. Typical squarish body with removable drawer/tray is the norm when it comes to these air fryers. I like this model specifically for the touchscreen controls and divided basket. Other air fryers I had were push button or knobs so, aesthetically, these just look nicer to me. Also, since it's a screen, cleaning them is much easier now than with the old controls too. Cook times are pretty much spot on and everything I've cooked has come out pretty well. One of the bigger features in this air fryer is the ease in cleaning them. I hated having to clean my old air fryers just due to their awkward size and food being burnt onto the bottom of the tray pan. With this one though, that's MUCH easier now so I'm happy with that. And the other nice feature of this air fryer is the divided basket. I know a lot more air fryers are coming out like this but having this setup allows me to make two different meals/food more easily and without the inevitable mashing up of different foods like with older air fryers. I seem to have an affinity for potatoes so I cook a lot of fries, potatoes au gratin, hash browns and the like with this thing. The divided basket allows me to cook different potato dishes evenly and without them being mashed together.

Gets The Job Done
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This air fryer from Bella is a fairly nice and basically effective air fryer with some nice features. It feels solid when you take it out of the box and set up. No cheaply made feel here. Setup is pretty straight forward and easy. The final product that comes out is pleasantly crispy. The dual cook zone setup is a nice feature that makes cooking more than one thing at a time easy to accomplish and opens up more options for meal prep. If you need to fix a larger item like a whole chicken then just remove the divider and you have a larger cook space. As good as this air fryer is there are a few quibbles I have. Nothing is a real deal breaker for me but does make this fryer less than optimal. The biggest for me is the sometime twitchy control panel. It's nice looking enough and provides the kind of controls one would expect from a modern air fryer. The problem for me is that at times it doesn't respond to my touch. At times I may have to touch a control a couple of times to get a response. the other is that when air frying some item like a grilled cheese sandwiches it seems to brown more towards the edges and less so in the middle. Other than those two things this is a good air fryer.

Versatile, easy to clean and use air fryer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The bella PRO - 8-qt. Touchscreen Air Fryer with Divided Basket has been a very handy and often-used addition to my kitchen. It is extremely easy to use, both when it comes to cooking something as well as (and maybe more importantly) when it comes to cleaning up after cooking. One of the things I dread most when cooking is the time I have to spend cleaning up after cooking. It almost makes it hard to enjoy my meal sometimes with the thought of having to clean everything up in the back of my mind while eating, especially at the end of a long day. With this bella PRO 8-qt. air fryer, I no longer fret over the idea of having to clean up after eating because the bella PRO makes it so much easier than what I was used to before. This is due to three main things that make cleanup a breeze when using the bella PRO 8-qt. air fryer: 1. The EverGood Ceramic Nonstick Coating 2. The removable ceramic nonstick basket and crisping tray are dishwasher-safe 3. The basket can be divided allowing you to cook two foods at once The EverGood Ceramic Nonstick Coating does a great job of preventing food from sticking to the cooking surfaces plus it is made without PFAS, PFOA, PTFE, Lead, and Cadmium. In addition, the fact that the included basket and crisping tray are both dishwasher-safe makes the cleanup process even easier, but one of the things that really stands out when it comes to this bella PRO 8-qt. air fryer is the fact that the basket can be divided which allows you to cook two foods at once. This saves so much time not just during the cooking phase of the process, but also the cleanup phase since you don’t have to cleanup multiple pots, pans, and trays. The versatility that comes with this unit being able to cook two separate things at once cannot be overstated but if you want to cook one larger meal, you can even do that too! Overall, I am very impressed with the bella PRO - 8-qt. Touchscreen Air Fryer with Divided Basket and I highly recommend it!

Good a.fryer, be gentle with it & it will last you
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a great air fryer, you just need to make sure when you put the tray into the unit to do it slowly. I have bought 2 of these now, 1st one lasted a year, the plastic safety mechanism in the tray can break easily if you close the tray hard, if it breaks the unit doesn't recognize the tray is in therefore it wont start. This is a common complaint from what I have seen in reviews from others who have purchased it, I decided to purchase a 2nd one as the first one served me well until I guess I broke it. I have had this 2nd one close to a year now, I treat it very gently when inserting the tray into the unit to make sure i don't break the safety clip again and so far no problems at all. It has a variety of different cooking options, a turn over reminder, and does a great job on just about everything I have put into it especially those frozen chicken wings. I definitely recommend it when its on sale for the $39.99-49.99 price tag.
