In just about a year a hole formed in the basket and they make you jump through hoops to put in a claim which will probably end up in them saying “normal wear and tear”. Won’t buy Bella again.

I really loved our old air frier. We bought this because our old one just stopped working all of a sudden. The reason i gave this 1star is because every time we use this it always has this wire, rubber burning smell and its soo awful you can taste it in the food as well. Other then that the buttons and everything works fine

I recently purchased the Bella PRO 9-qt. Digital Air Fryer with Dual Flex Basket, and it has completely changed how I cook. This air fryer is not only sleek with its stainless steel finish but also incredibly functional and easy to use. Dual Baskets for Convenience The dual flex baskets are a game-changer! I can cook two different items at once with separate settings, which saves so much time. For example, I can roast veggies in one basket and cook chicken wings in the other. The Sync Finish feature ensures both are done at the same time, so everything comes out fresh and hot. Large Capacity The 9-quart capacity is perfect for families. I can prepare enough food for everyone in one go, whether it’s fries for the kids or a full meal for guests. It’s also great for meal prepping because I can batch-cook efficiently. Ease of Use The digital touchscreen is intuitive and easy to navigate. It has a wide range of preset cooking functions, including air fry, roast, broil, and more. Cleanup is a breeze too—the baskets and crisper trays are nonstick and dishwasher-safe. Cooking Performance This air fryer heats up quickly and cooks food evenly. Everything comes out crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, whether it’s chicken, fish, or even baked goods. Plus, it uses much less oil than traditional frying, so it’s a healthier alternative. Overall The Bella PRO 9-qt. Air Fryer is a must-have kitchen appliance. It’s versatile, easy to use, and perfect for families or anyone who loves quick, delicious meals. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to upgrade their air fryer or try one for the first time! Pros: Dual baskets, large capacity, easy-to-use digital controls, versatile cooking presets, easy cleanup. Cons: None so far—it’s exceeded my expectations! This air fryer is worth every penny. You won’t regret it!

I have to admit, I love using an air fryer and with mine being over 2 years old, I was due for a change. Enter the Sensio Bella Pro 9 QT Flex Basket Touchscreen Air Fryer! Super simple packaging & not a lot of was was a nice thing to see! At first, it looks massive and in reading the instructions before plugging this guy in, the features are massive as well. First usage impressions: In the basket is a groove down the middle for the basket divider, should you want to separate the cooks, or cook two different things at once - or even, just a smaller cook and half the heat. Lining the bottom of each side is its own crisping tray. Easily removed, the ultralight trays appear to have a little flex in them. I ran a cycle as instructed to burn off some of the manufacturing oils, etc and boy could I smell it. Standing behind the blowers when this was on ‘full blast’ definitely felt like a hair dryer on Medium. The touchscreen is quite responsive and I didn’t have any issues messing with the menu items. On to usage: Keep the book with the unit and be prepared to reference it. While the touchscreen is very telling and gives you options, I kept forgetting how to do one basket with a divider vs the whole thing. From frozen French Fries and crab cakes, to reheating sausages and left-over chicken tenders, this thing is great! I even used the last few minutes of ‘bake’ to throw my sub roll in and benefit from some of the heat and crisping as to not need the toaster. The number of options from Bake, Air Fry, Dehydrate, Reheat … and on … and on … makes this more valuable than just for air frying. As you often need to remember to shake the contents of the Air Fry, this unit even has a ‘reminder’ beep that happens when it’s 2/3 of the way through so you can shake it and get a better cook! Cleaning is simple. Once you pop out the divider & the lightweight crisper trays, their coating makes cleaning a breeze. Soapy water & a rinse makes it seem like it may not even need to be dried, but it does. Overlooked Con: Even if you use just one side, you still have to wash the entire basket. Cooking is spot on with other air fryers and has a nice even cook, even spread across both ‘sides’ of the basket. The whole Air Fryer is a “Pro” to me. A 9 Qt footprint can’t be tiny but it’s not overwhelmingly large either Touch screen vs buttons that can wear & crack over time Good instruction manual and recommendations for cook times / mode usage Even cooks "Reminder to flip" beep So many features that I haven't even totally gotten into yet! Do I recommend it? Sure do! This Air Fryer has driven daily in this household!

Another hit by Bella and this time Dual

I own a Bella Pro series airfryer and it has been one of the best I have owned, and now this Bella Pro series Trizone (9 quarts). The Bella Pro series Air fryer looks sleek and futuristic. This air fryer has been a game changer. It features a divider so you can have a dual zone cooking area to work with. The dual zone is so convenient because I can cook two different meals at the same time. This saves soooo much time. (If you have kids you’ll know where I’m coming from). Of course it is not the first airfryer in the marker to do this, but this one takes it to a different level. You can remove the divider and make one giant cooking basket. I can cook fries on one side and make wings on the other side. So far I made some tilapias and they were cooked with ideal results in 17 min at 400 degrees. I used the dual zone feature and made 2 separate tilapias and both were cooked thoroughly and evenly. On the weekends, our family loves to have a big breakfast. We love to make bacon. With the Bella Pro series I can lay about 10 pieces of bacon. With my last airfryer, I had to cut the bacon in half and could only fit about 5 pieces. Recently I made some bacon and it was honestly cooked to perfection. Crispy and not over cooked. Also all the fat laid in the bottom away from the tray which is one of the reasons air fryers are so popular. One thing that I wished it had was a guide as far as what temperature to cook certain foods. For example my previous airfryer had a guide on it with the temperatures you should set for frozen fries, chicken, fish or beef. This one doesn’t. Another con that I noticed is that if you select the wrong cooking setting and then want to change it to something else, you have to hit the Power button first (Off), and then press the Power Button again to turn it on, and then you can select the appropriate cooking setting you originally wanted. I noticed that this can be annoying because if you started cooking then you turn off the airfryer. It turns on a cooling feature to cool it down and If you are not done cooking then you really don’t need it to cool down. This is not a deal breaker though but it is worth mentioning . Something else I liked was that sometimes you have to take out the basket to shake the food. When you do, the airfryer stops the fan. My previous airfryer would keep its fan on when you remove the basket. That being said, if you start cooking something and decide to add something on the other side, it will stop cooking because you have to pull out the basket and there is only one basket, it just has a divider. Overall, I am happy with this airfryer. The size is perfect for any family. The next item we plan to cook is a whole chicken. Yes, a whole chicken! When you remove the divider the space is big enough to roast a whole chicken. I love the fact that you can do that. I would definitely recommend this Airfryer.

Awesome little unit, does not take up so much space for a 9 qt capacity. My previous 5 qt unit took a lot of counter space. This unit is versatile and offers so many options and functions to facilitate your cooking needs. Its quiet compared to some other models out there that sound like an air craft jet engine. When you press the buttons it does not have loud obnoxious beep sounds, and its pretty easy to figure out how to use. The display is clear and the size of the display is just right. Easy to clean, cooks evenly and best of all no food smells! I truly love the fact that I can cook two things at the same time at different temps and timer settings. I also enjoy the ability to remove the divider and use the entire basket. I have made so many dishes and they all come out fantastic. I also love toasting bread with this unit, it comes out nice and crisp crust, warm and smooth on the inside. I can't wait to try all the other options available. Efficient, time saver, and healthier cooking. Best Air Fryer I have ever owned!

Since I first tried air frying foods I’ve been hooked and it’s the only way I cook food that I use to fry or bake. This model makes air frying just a little bit more efficient with the split baskets. Now instead of having to use two separate air fryers I can cook everything in one. This unit allows for two separate cooking zones or you can remove the divider when you need more space or have something large. When using it to cook two separate items such as chicken tenders and fries, you can set one at one temp/time and one at another. If one takes less time to cook then the other, you can pause one side while the other continues cooking. The unit has a touch screen panel with only the power button visible until you turn the unit on. The power button also has a slow on/off pulse when the unit is off. Even though functionality is more important than looks, I think most people would still like something that looks nice on their counters and I think Bella has accomplished that. The stainless steel and touchscreen panel give the unit a sleek look. If there was one thing I would change it would be the beeps when using the unit. There should be a volume adjustment for the beeps, like low ,med or high! This is not exclusive to Bella and seems to be an air fryer thing that the buttons should beep loud! This nit pick aside, if you want a large capacity air fryer but also the ability two cook two items at once, this is an excellent unit.

I got to review the Bella Pro 9 QT Flex Basket Touchscreen Air Fryer and have to say pretty thought out tool. Summary Great multi-cooking tool every kitchen needs especially those that don't have much time to spend on always making those "home cooked" meals (students and on the go type people). Since your able to heat only one side or both side cook efficiently with less power consumption or at 2 different cooking type at the same time. One of the biggest benefit of the Bella Pro 9 QT Flex Air Fryer that you have 2 different heating chambers. so if you needed to air fry your chicken winks and bake your dinner rolls you can do both at the same time! No more waiting around for one to finish before loading your next food and programming the heating type, just put them in the divided basket and set each side to cook however you need. Best time saving and efficient Air Fryer I've used. doesn't cook steak like if you were to pan fry but pretty close. I'd definitely recommend this product for college students and people that don't cook food too often.

Love this air fryer. Not sure the dual sided feature works all that well. I use it primarily for a large bin I can throw everything in and cook on same temp. Works as expected. Touch screen buttons aren’t the best, don’t feel calibrated or positioned correctly and you have to find the sweet spot for the button to work. Nonetheless for the price the product is great

It does a pretty good job of cooking. A lot of space for larger items. Nice that you can cook 2 sides with different temps using a basket divider. Not really the best build quality though. Using single temp cooking, the left side of the basket cooks a bit hotter. Coating on the grates is peeling off. Touch buttons don't always respond when pressed. I put the basket on the top shelf in the dishwasher facing down obviously so when washed, it will not hold water. Except when you turn it right side up to put it back in to the air fryer, water will drain out of the handles. So need to let it completely dry before placing it back in the unit. Overall, still satisfied.

My wife and I had been wanting to try an air fryer for a while, and had a substantial Best Buy gift card from an appliance purchase, so picked this one out. I've decided to just stumble through figuring it out instead of actually reading the manual or anything sensible, since I'm just using it without oil figuring out what it does to potatoes sliced in different ways. Worst case, I've had some chips that were more like baked potato slices than chips, still not potato experience I regret. It has a lot of different modes, and we have yet to try them all. Air Fry - the most frequently used, and the loudest, my wife says it sounds like a jet engine taking off in the kitchen, and she has a blender that is also jet engine like. Roast - I've been experimenting with this, I think it's halfway between baking and broiling. Bake - A nice way to bake something without waiting for the oven to preheat, a bit noisy, but maybe 1/2 - 3/5 of the noise it makes on Air Fry mode Broil - Gives a nice roasted finish to the outside, haven't used it for more than 4 mins after something was 80-90% cooked. Re-Heat - not tried Dehydrate - not tried On first impression, unboxing the appliance, pleased with construction, drawer feels sturdy, pleasing additions to the basket for separating areas, we've only used both zones at once though. The touch buttons took some getting used to, and the first 3-5 uses of the appliance were exercises in frustration, convinced that the buttons were not registering being pressed. Forceful button pressing is deterimental to getting the machine to recognize a button press, which took some time sink for me, once this realization sunk in, using the machine was a much less frustrating activity, and I've enjoyed seeing the different ways I can get potatoes cut into a fry shape to cook without dousing them in oil.

This is the best air fryer that I have purchased. The size is nice and so was the price. I’m glad I was just “scrolling for deals” when it was on sale for $60 and I had a $15 reward. If I had to replace it, I would definitely purchase another one. This air fryer is easy to clean too. You better get you one…you won’t be disappointed.

First off, let's talk about convenience, that was the main seller for me. Using the Bella Pro Series is an absolute breeze. With its intuitive digital interface, I was able to whip up delicious meals in a matter of minutes. Now, let's get to the star of the show—the dual flex basket. Oh my goodness, what a game-changer! The basket size is beyond generous, allowing me to cook large batches of crispy, golden perfection easily. Whether I'm frying up a feast for friends or simply treating myself to a solo snack session, this basket can handle it all.

I’ve used this thing A month before I reviewed it because the “ buttons“ We’re hard for me to work. I figured I’m out and then only one that gives a problem is to down temperature arrow and I use both my thumbs Together and opposite ends and it works fine. Someone else thought the buttons were questionable. I love this thing, I have a convection oven but it’s not an air fryer. I have cooked steaks pork chops and asparagus and other vegetables to perfection. The Duel Temperature in separate compartments are wonderful. They work great. The cleanup is easy. It is sturdily built. The high temperature is 450°. With a strong note on the buttons I would recommend it to my friends.

Found this fryer on sale and gave it a shot. The large basket size is great. It has dividers and can cook items separately but I took that out haven’t tried it. The basket can be tricky to slide in and out and lock in compared to other models I’ve had but it always works. The display is nice, large easy to read but the push button to change settings don’t always change on first touch ..always works but just not as good as some others I’ve used. Overall it is a nice fryer with a large capacity which is great for a family of 6. I buy it again but only if on sale.
