I am really enjoying this air fryer. It is the right size for me and my family, in that I can cook a small amount just for myself or a large amount for everybody. This air fryer handles meats and vegetables with ease, but can also be used for cookies, cakes, frozen foods (including French bread pizza!), and does really well toasting bagels too. In spite of its size, it fits well on my counter top and looks classy in stainless steel. Cleanup is a breeze as well, due to the excellent non-stick coating on the cooking surfaces. Soap and water readily clean all the working parts with no scrubbing. Having had the oven for only a week now I can't address how durable this unit is, but it feels very sturdy and well made. It is a treat to be able to cook a meal in two parts simultaneously on the two sides of the fryer. This saves a great deal of time. My only criticism is in regard to the control panel. I am used to having buttons that are very sensitive to touch, such as on a tablet or cell phone. The buttons on this unit need to be pressed firmly and deeply with the fleshy part of the finger, and this has taken me some time to get used to. All in all, I would certainly recommend this air fryer to anyone who is looking for a convenient way to prepare food without heating up an oven or using large amounts of oil.

The touchscreen was terrible, but when I punched hard enough and long enough to get the temp and time entered, It cooked nicely. I was so aggravated about the touchscreen that I returned it for a refund.

Not bad, but not good. Not worth the price. The non stick coating is great! Easy to clean. But the touch screen is difficult to use and feels cheap. Does not air fry as well as other brands I’ve used.

Breaking period is bad, unit produces so much fumes, it sets off the fire alarm. Ran it several times outdoor before official use with food. Compared to my all metal unit which is smaller and had less silicone. I would keep my smaller unit over this one. Thanks

In our household, the wife is the one that uses our air fryer. She's been using a smaller Ninja air fryer for a couple of years now and she seems to like it. I thought this one would be better since it is larger and seems to offer more features and options. I have used it a couple of times and I would say it is pretty easy to use. I cooked some frozen taquitos and only used the left side. I like how if you are cooking small items you can choose to use only 1 side of the air fryer. I assume this saves energy. I basically just put the taquitos into the basket picked the 425 degree temperature and the time , (10 minutes) and that was it. The Bella Pro did the rest. I will say that this air fryer isn't exactly quiet but it's not that loud either. I'd say it makes about the same amount of noise as our Ninja air fryer. Also the touchscreen isn't very sensitive. We seem to have to push the buttons more than once for it to register the input. Not a huge deal but it is a tad annoying. Another drawback is that although the basket is large enough to probably cook a chicken in it and this gives you great flexibility my wife said she is used to removing the basket of our Ninja air fryer with one hand when she needs to turn foods or shake the basket to get even cooking. Unfortunately the basket of the Bella Pro is too large for her to do this so she has to use both hands. One thing I will say about this air fryer is that it is very easy to clean. You could almost just rinse it out with water and be done. You barely have to wash it with soap and water to get it clean. Overall I will say that this air fryer isn't perfect but it does work very well.
