Cant beat the price nor the quality ............:-)

The touchscreen was terrible, but when I punched hard enough and long enough to get the temp and time entered, It cooked nicely. I was so aggravated about the touchscreen that I returned it for a refund.

Not bad, but not good. Not worth the price. The non stick coating is great! Easy to clean. But the touch screen is difficult to use and feels cheap. Does not air fry as well as other brands I’ve used.

Breaking period is bad, unit produces so much fumes, it sets off the fire alarm. Ran it several times outdoor before official use with food. Compared to my all metal unit which is smaller and had less silicone. I would keep my smaller unit over this one. Thanks

Quit working 1 year to the date of purchase after only light use. Buttons were always a little finicky, but now it won't even register the air fryer mode or even start in other modes. Was fine when it worked but now have to jump through hoops to figure out if the warranty help is even worth pursuing.

In our household, the wife is the one that uses our air fryer. She's been using a smaller Ninja air fryer for a couple of years now and she seems to like it. I thought this one would be better since it is larger and seems to offer more features and options. I have used it a couple of times and I would say it is pretty easy to use. I cooked some frozen taquitos and only used the left side. I like how if you are cooking small items you can choose to use only 1 side of the air fryer. I assume this saves energy. I basically just put the taquitos into the basket picked the 425 degree temperature and the time , (10 minutes) and that was it. The Bella Pro did the rest. I will say that this air fryer isn't exactly quiet but it's not that loud either. I'd say it makes about the same amount of noise as our Ninja air fryer. Also the touchscreen isn't very sensitive. We seem to have to push the buttons more than once for it to register the input. Not a huge deal but it is a tad annoying. Another drawback is that although the basket is large enough to probably cook a chicken in it and this gives you great flexibility my wife said she is used to removing the basket of our Ninja air fryer with one hand when she needs to turn foods or shake the basket to get even cooking. Unfortunately the basket of the Bella Pro is too large for her to do this so she has to use both hands. One thing I will say about this air fryer is that it is very easy to clean. You could almost just rinse it out with water and be done. You barely have to wash it with soap and water to get it clean. Overall I will say that this air fryer isn't perfect but it does work very well.

Buttons are not sensitive. You must push on them constantly just to get them to function. Basically it was this way out of the package. But since I procrastinated and I was on a trip, my return time was reduced by the time. I realized this was a bad purchase. So be aware the control board is just crappy on these. So buyer beware.

Extremely noisy - the unit was returned. Dual compartment was kind of cool.

Door jams and has issues opening and closing also the shipping had my box all beat up I’m assuming that wasn’t the shipping from store to my house since the person delivering it had it next to him in the passenger seat so idk if I just got the last one in stock that was beat up or what

Not a bad product except the touch sensitive buttons are difficult to push to use the air fryer. Otherwise it's a decent air fryer

Really enjoy this dual basket air fryer - it is a total game-changer for our kitchen! We are use to having a one zone air fryer that we use almost every day but having dual baskets makes meal prep so efficient ... I can cook two different dishes at once and independently control the temperature and and time controls. This is perfect for our family, with two adults and two kids, we often need to make multiple dishes to satisfy everyone at the table (i.e. chicken nuggets for the kids in one basket, veggies for the adults in the other). The air fryer capacity is very spacious and has a sleek design. I am not worried about leaving it on my countertop. The digital touchscreen is intuitive and easy to use, with pre-set options. Cleanup is easy and I noticed the baskets are nonstick and dishwasher-safe. Performance wise, it cooks evenly and quickly, delivering delicious results without excess oil. If you're looking to upgrade your air fryer or try one for the first time, I'd buy this one!!!

Terrible. Best buy took it back though. No problem. The control panel was confusing and difficult to use and the unit just didn't perform

Within 30 days the airfryer warped and the basket will not close. Trying to file a warranty claim has been a nightmare as I cannot find a phone number or process to proceed and it's beyond the time period that Best Buy will take it back.

Don’t waste ur money will only cook already cooked food attempt to cook a meatloaf and it wouldn’t raise the internal temp over 150f I even but it on 400 degrees will only burn outside. I chopped up meatloaf it still wouldn’t heat the inside up. It terrible worse airefryer I have owned.

I want to start this review off with this statement, "This is my second air fryer I have owned. The first one I owned was also a Bella product from a couple of years ago." This review is not to compare the two, but This one is much better if you have the budget and counter space. The volume is larger. The tri zone heater has cooked food much better than my previous one. The controller itself is very similar but due to the multi zone heater I have the ability to air fry food at slightly different temperatures. When it comes to the build of materials, I have no complaints. I really enjoy the stainless steel design. The food has been coming out very good. I have so far used both fryer and toaster oven modes. It is also nice to use this smaller, more energy efficient device over my oven if what I am cooking fits. The heat up time is much shorter. The divider is removable and easy to clean if you are not cooking more than one item. The non stick surfaces worked making it easy to clean after using. I have no complaints as a consumer.

Purchased as a x-mas gift. It lasted 3 months. The buttons dont work all to well and it feels cheap.
