    This is a low-cost machine, it's attractive and a practical size for small spaces. It worked well for a few days, then the milk foam became very sparse. I cleaned it and followed the suggested procedure, but it didn't improve. Cleaning the milk container is awkward due to its shape. I'm sorry, I had to return it.

    Good as long as you don't make too many drinks in a short period of time.With heavy load leaks water on to countertop. Milk frothing can also lead to milk leak, still could not figure out how or why it has happened.Returned promptly.

    It stopped frothing after 10 uses. Return process of the manufacturer was complicated and time consuming. It also involved sending them photos and videos. Best Buy took the machine, checked to see that all the parts were there and gave us credit, on the spot.
