Return process of the manufacturer was complicated and time consuming. It also involved sending them photos and videos. Best Buy took the machine, checked to see that all the parts were there and gave us credit, on the spot.

Great espresso maching for the price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Once we figured out how to use it, this is a great little espresso maker that makes delicious drinks. For the price, this is exactly what we were looking for. We purchased a much more expensive unit initially and ended up returning it because it was too complicated and made a mess. We are very happy with this machine.
