It does what you need: it makes coffee with one or two espresso shots at the click of a button. My only complaint as a person who doesn't like to read the instructions and wants to go straightforwardly to use the machine was that using the steaming functionality was a bit complicated. It seems that you need to turn a knob that I didn't know existed until the day after I opened the box. And if you don't press the steam button you get hot water from the tube. It would have saved me some time if I had read the instructions, it's obvious, but this means that it isn't too straightforward for a common noob user that wants to use their machine right away. This is all speaking from a person who is new to using the espresso machines. Perhaps it makes sense to a person with more experience.

Love this machine ! It’s aesthetically pleasing to the eye but also makes a great espresso ! The milk steaming feature is great as well . I’ve saved so much money making my coffee from home ! Would 100% recommend !

I love this little machine, I got it on sale and think is completely worth it I was tired of buying the pods for my Nespresso machine so I wanted something cheap and easy to use and I was surprised how well this works and how easy it is to clean as well.

I was skeptical about this machine, its $120 but it goes on sale for $50, at $50 i said well i dont have much to loose, and honestly its been an amazing machine, i bought a few ithers in the past and this does the same as one of the $600 espresso machines, definetly recommend!

Works really good. On this one you can either do expreso or work at the milk; one at a time, not at the same time. But it does its job really good. Perfect for home use only. It hasn't breakdown. And it doesn't come with a container to froth milk.

Review on hold since it was broken upon delivery. UPS threw it over the fence a few seconds before I got to the front door hoping to receive it so it wouldn't have been damaged. Then learned that Best Buy return policy is only 15 days now and I was past the return period because the item was a gift so the item was never opened until day 29 after receiving the item. The housing is mostly plastic but the size of the machine is good.

This is a great introductory espresso machine. There were a few troubleshooting issues when setting it up, but I’ve loved it once I got it figured out.

Took a while to have it running, bubbles get stuck in the water tank that’s why there’s no espresso coming out

Love this coffee maker. Makes delicious coffee fast and easy. Like the oatmeal design too, looks good in the kitchen. When I was picking up there was water in the water tank lime someone used it and returned it this way. But I decided to give it a try

My coffee comes out in a matter of seconds and it's so delicious. The frotter works well making my milk hot and perfect for a cappuccino. I love that you can fill it with water for at least 8-10 uses.

I really wanted to like this espresso machine. I have tried 4 different time to make a cafe latte and have failed miserably. The steam- milk function is very difficult to undertand. I have read the directions several times. Its just not super clear. Maybe because I am a newbie at making espresso. But I will likely be returning. I loved the color and how compact it is but functionality lacks horribly.

Really love this espresso machine! Totally worth the money, and I use it every day! The pressure is fine to get fantastic coffee crema and the milk frother works well for making coffee latte. This machine makes my day!

Priming and purging the machine is hit or miss. Pulling shots is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s perfect. Sometimes it leaks out around the seal of the portafilter and machine. The pressure of the steam coming out of the steam wand is very weak. You cannot use the steam to swirl and froth the milk. It’s the same as a kid blowing air into the milk with a straw and creating bubbles. The latte art in the picture was created with a 5 year old single boiler $50 machine. No matter how hard I tried, I could not create similar lattes with this machine.

Bought as a Christmas gift, so disappointed when we opened it and the water resevoir was cracked and leaked. Working on how to replace so no espresso yet. Seperate parts are not available for purchase. Not sure about other parts of machine.

For the price, it's an excellent entry level espresso machine. You're not going to pull expert shots from this, but it packs a punch and can definitely deliver strong shots.
