You have to run water through the “steam wand” a few times before your first cup of espresso. After that it works great every time. Had it for a month now and use it every day.

Nice Hpme espresso machine

Good enough for lattes, espressos, and warming up milk for hot chocolate, i had a previous espresso maker before so getting this up and running was a breeze.

The best personal espresso machine ever!

I used to work at a Cafe, and the dynamic of this machine is very synonymous to the commercial one we use there, which makes it easier for me to get a rythm going with it. I've owned a couple of other ones before this, and they always fell subpar in one way or another.. mediocre steaming capabilities, gave out quickly, etc. None of that with this! Not to mention, i love that it has a water well, much like a keurig. It makes it quick and convenient to make a speedy latte before work :) 12/10, highly recommend!

Good for espresso, steaming not so much

Would not use for hot drinks since the steaming wand is very small. Lightweight and “cheap” but good for a college dorm or someone not wanting to spend $$$. I got on sale for like $50-60, would not pay full price.

Steam and hot water not goid

Not the boss’s machine.

My boss has Jura, one botton machine nice, however it can only grind one type bean at a time in the hopper. So you’re stuck drinking what the boss is drinking. With Bella Pro you use whatever beans you like.
