Got this machine on sale and used it quite a bit. Worked great for a few months. Recently the coffee output has decreased, the single serving only fills half an espresso cup and a double is barely 1 espresso cup. I clean and purge it regularly. See pic, using water for test.

Excellent coffee maker! You need some time to get the one you want, but once you understand the combination, the coffee is awesome!

Purchased this item close to 3 months ago and used as instructed. The water pump randomly went out for no reason. Espresso itself isn’t bad just not as strong as I’d like. The extraction could be a little better. Pretty simple to use and clean. Just BEWARE of water pump going out.

We have always wanted an expresso machine so I purchased this one when it went on sale. Save your money! Not user friendly and difficult to set up. When I finally figured out how to prime the pump, I ended up burning myself with the steaming hot water!!

I knew from the reasonable price that this would not be simple to use but that’s such an understatement. The steam/water knob is so profoundly unintelligible. Which is fine since at different times but in the same position it can spit hot water, cold water or steam random. Why have a clear label for a device that has no clear function. Maybe the espresso is good by itself and you can try an Americano. It depends. Do you want that to be hot? Should it be somehow burnt and still cold? This would be a very affordable espresso machine if it could be used to make espresso.

Didn’t really like it - had to return it for the bigger option that does espresso and coffee (photo of what I ended up getting included).

I believe i got a used one. It came completely frozen over. Given its winter I expected to be cold, but not completely covered in ice because there was water inside of it during delivery. No water damage on the outside box, just the item box. Hoping it would be okay I let it defrost. The pump didn’t work. After googling and reading many other reviews, it wouldn’t work. I recommend just saving a bit of money for a truly entry level one, not a cheap alternative.

Only distributes through one of the drain ports. Sprays out more steam than espresso. Not even worth the $50 on sale. Find something on facebook marketplace if youre going budget. Jenky as heck

Never worked. I had to reach out to the manufacturer and they just sent me a whole other model- drew barrymore one. I was so excited for this purchase. I watched multiple videos online and asked for help to figure out why it never brewed. I loved the way this looked and don’t really care for the replacement one.
