This small Espresso station punches above its weight and makes great espresso. Very simple to use, even for a person without any experience.

It’s nice… very good for the price. I got it on sale. It has makes lots of crema. Not much issues, except the one I originally got was a returned item, you can tell because box was double taped and didn’t even need priming.. and the cleaning pin was missing. But exchanged for a new one and it was all good. Sometime it has minor issues that it doesn’t run, have to just turn it off and on again or it could be that it’s not properly primed. Just make sure it’s primed. Overall pretty happy with purchase.

I love how compact this machine is, but still provides great espresso in quick time. About 15 to 30 seconds after you plug it in, it's ready to make espresso. You probably spend that much time getting the grounds and your cups ready. It has a warming plat on top to keep filled cups hot if you are making more than one cup at a time. Cleanup is super easy. Can't beat this for the price.

I have never made expresso before and learned using this machine and now make my own ice coffe. Took some getting used to put i can say that i can make some pretty decent drinks. Im sure more expensive machines have their advantages, but this seems to get the job done.

This espresso machine has a clean sleek look to it and I think it fits into any kitchen. It has four buttons on the screen and is super easy to use. The instruction book is laid out easily for someone that has never used an espresso machine to make it simple to create a variety of drinks. Glad I bought it and look forward to an amazing fall enjoying simple to make hot drinks.

I did not have great expectations for this machine because the price is so low. I was wrong. It did take more time than I expected to get the pump and the steam system primed but the pump did eventually quiet down and out came hot water and steam. You then run a full tank of water through to prep the machine. If you have the same problem on the first startup, I recommend running the pump for 30 seconds or so and then letting it rest for a few minutes. Repeat. After a few tries it will prime. You only need to do this the first time you start it unless you let it run out of water. Once set up it is simple to use and in my opinion it makes a respectable shot of espresso with a nice 3/8 inch crema on top. I do change out the water in the water tank every other day. The tank is plastic and might be the origin of some complaints of a plastic flavor if water sits in it too long. I don't notice any off flavor at all. If I have any complaint, it is minor. The left over coffee grounds "puck" is wet and it is difficult to get out of the portafilter without making a mess. I have developed a routine of whacking it against my plastic grounds collector just right and most of the grounds pop out.

Nice machine at a great price. It took a while to get the hang of it, but now I make great espressos. My only complaint is that it came with just 1 double shot filter instead of both sizes.

I purchased this item because of the low cost and compact design. I have used to several times a week since. I'm a casual espresso drinker and have been very pleased with the performance of the unit.

This is a great espresso machine for it's price range. My only complaint is that the frother doesn't work well and sprays quite a bit of water out, so I don't use that. But other than that, it makes a great expresso for making lattes with, which is it's main purpose at my house.

Never had an espresso machine before and this is personally as good as a Cafe machine! It creates beautiful espresso shots, and is so easy to use and make.

Great espresso station if you know how to use one. It took a while for me to figure it out but once I did, the coffee was like Starbucks! Well, not exactly, but definitely close!

I ordered the Bella Pro series Espresso Machine with 20 Bars, which was a great choice. I've never owned an espresso and and didn't know much about any. I knew I didn't want to invest a lot or wanted one over sized, so after research, I decided to order this one. Its not huge, bulky, or heavy. It fits perfect on my counter without taking up much room. Setup was easy and fast. It has the option to brew one or two shots along with the steam wand on the side. There is also a removal drip tray that makes cleanup simple and the top of the espresso is large enough to store mugs on or keep your espresso warm. My first home double shot espresso I made came out great. I'm excited to use it each morning especially the stem wand to make foam. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a great espresso as a first time owner and nothing to take up much room

This machine has completely transformed my daily coffee routine! It’s incredibly simple and easy to use, even if you’ve never made espresso before. While it does most of the work for you, it still lets you enjoy the fun parts, like tamping and dosing, exactly how you prefer. It’s affordable price and absolutely worth the price.
