Good coffee machine. Works great. Takes some time to work when making coffee otherwise great taste and convenience of not going to a coffee shop

I gave 2 stars for the idea that the coffee brewed and espresso were both good, while the machine worked. 60 days after delivery it started acting up, randomly brewing only a few cups or even 1 cup of coffee at a time. Worked with customer service to try to get replaced or figured out, and nothing suggested corrected the issues. Customer service solution is to mail me a check as a refund, as they state that they have none available to ship as replacement. However everywhere that sells this unit still has stock available. That's my experience with this item.

Overall I like the machine but the puck screen didn't come with it. In the materials list, it said it was supposed to have it. I called to inquire about it but I have to get it from the actual store. The size doesn't seem to be the normal

I use it every day. Brewed coffee for the old fashioned, espresso and streamed milk for the more sophisticated palette. Makes Americano coffee as well. Well worth it

Of all the coffee machines I've ever bought This isn't even the best I've ever owned.She makes regular coffee and espresso and keeps them hot.

Purchased this for my daughter. We both love quality coffee. This does both regular coffee and makes REAL espresso. Love it. This Bella was less than half the cost of other name brands but I believe it is probably just as good.

Works well, makes excellent brew, my only minor gripe is that the steam wand is a little bit slow to steam milk, but it pours espresso shots very well so overall it's a great combination machine.

I bought the Bella Pro Series Combo 19-Bar Espresso and 10-Cup Drip Coffee Maker in April, and initially, it exceeded my expectations. It worked well and made great coffee — until about three weeks ago, when both the espresso machine and the steam wand suddenly stopped working. Now it just keeps blinking and never gets ready to brew or steam. That was disappointing, but what’s truly frustrating is the customer service. I submitted a claim and followed up multiple times. It took over a week to hear back, and they only asked for another video. Since then — nothing. No update, no resolution. I’m still left with a non-working machine and no support. The product was great while it worked, but if you ever need help, be prepared for a deeply frustrating experience. I hope no one else goes through this.

Avoid Bella Pro products - expensive and have no support through their company or BB. MIND YOU a Best Buy “exclusive” product with ZERO actual customer support. BB washes their hands like Pontus pilot and Bella pro literally says they only have the stuff they put in the box. You ask for the carafe manufacturer - they won’t give it to you. They say to “Google it” Not looking for a handout just a product that has been vetted and has decent support options for your CUSTOMERS. I wanted to purchase one and maybe another extra , but instead it was reasonable to say “why don’t you replace the machine entirely?!” With that answer you either have terrible accounting skills or have more money than sense. It’s only a couple months old , no the unit does not need replacing… A manufacturer knows they will have customer issues on the backend. BEST BUY is condoning and hiding behind their reduced return and exchange policies (not that I was even asking for a refund ) and Bella acts like someone who just got their business loan to set everything up. Amateur stuff all around. I will be canceling preorders. I literally get everything through here - lately stores have been showing me why AMAZON should win the commercial showdown. BB is slipping guess they want to go the way of circuit city - continue with that pride BB. // Also when I visited the store to try to speak with a manager I “ had” to go through the desk clerk first and then have them call for him. I separate waiting for him. I grab the Corp number just in case. Drew the “Manager” came up- she points at me - then I saw him walking back to the Apple section, no he wasn’t doing anything important in fact he stopped to check his phone. I think anyone with that wonderful interaction would know your not getting helped at all. I was on my break, I left before I got more agitated instead of chasing someone down I have no business chasing down.

Very good quality! Filtered and expresso coffees. Good price for this kind of product.

I researched this coffee pot for a long time and REALLY wanted it for the combo espresso and coffee maker. The coffee maker itself works well and brews good coffee. The espresso maker has never worked properly and does not produce a normal amount of espresso (and the "double" does not produce double the amount of the single). The steamer has also never worked properly. I've read the directions completely from front to back multiple times and there is no way to troubleshoot the espresso/steamer to make it work properly. Extremely disappointed I spent my money on this unit instead of purchasing another combo espresso/coffee maker.

I have no use for this but my wifr says she loves it. No issues at all we got it when it went on sale for sure worth it if she is happy :)

Amazing. I have yet to use the other side yet but I can not wait to learn and start making those style drinks! Very pleased with the price and easy set up and consistency of the taste for the coffee.

This is a great beginner friendly espresso machine. I use it every day to make my iced vanilla coffees!

I love it. Expresso is amazing, coffee is tasty. Frother works like any $500+ machine
