Very good espresso unit. Steamer is a bit loud or would have given it 6 stars. For the price, the system works very, very well. Very pleased with this espresso maker except for loudness of streaming unit at the start of the milk steaming process. Saves a bunch of money if you use it instead of buying daily espresso-based drinks from coffee places.

For daily coffee use,not so much for espresso it a little bit complicated get a good espresso.my wife and I use it daily for no problem and little effoert. Use any kind of coffee and grind it come out perect.

We have been using our system daily for about 6 weeks and very pleased with the ease of use and the taste of the coffee. Didn’t give 5 stars because it takes about 8-10 minutes to make a full pot of coffee however it does heat up the water to ensure the best flavor. The espresso side is also great, happy with the frother too. I also like the feature that tracks how old the coffee is in the pot, nice feature since we don’t always wake up together. Thinking I will buy a second one for a Christmas gift, really pleased with the entire system.

I absolutely LOVE my BELLA PRO SERIES ESPRESSO/ COFFEE MAKER! It’s a big size and it takes up some space but not overly large. The espresso making process is loud but the coffee is quite fast and it beeps to let you know the coffee is done brewing and it also beeps to let you know it has turned itself off. I haven’t used the timed coffee making because it’s so quick I can just start the brewing process while I make my lunch. And the coffee stays hot so my daughter can also have some hot coffee when she goes to work 1 1/2 hour later. I definitely recommend this machine.

this is the perfect machine for my caffeine needs - I tend to drink drip coffee before work and make myself flat whites on the weekend. I've had it for almost a year now and still works as new. Maintenance is pretty easy (I use filtered water) and once you get the hang of controls, it's easy to use. I love that it beeps when it's done brewing. Also got this for a steal! My 3 cons are: -for some bizarre reason, the clock will ALWAYS fall out of sync with the actual time and eventually becomes like 4 minutes ahead. IDK why. -the espresso maker is pretty loud when it runs, but I think that's just a thing with all espresso makers. It only needs to run for a little anyway, so it's not the worst. Might be a problem if you have a roommate and thin walls. -I don't like that I can't use the steam wand immediately - I don't understand what the 'steam preheat' button is for if it doesn't actually preheat when I turn the machine on and I have to turn the knob and stand there, hovering with my jug of milk until it's done preheating again. Very annoying

For the price, this is a excellent product. Its makes espresso as good as my $600 brevelle. It has an attached coffee machine as well. There are 2 drawbacjs for the price. No easy way to program, programming involves multiple combinations of holding down different buttons instead of a navigable menu, it also feels like you are gonna break it. It doesnt feel sturdy.

For the price, this is a pretty good coffee maker. I usually use the espresso side, and it works well. It's easy to use and easy to clean. It is very loud when you use the steamer though.

Very good espresso brew but the 19 bar pump does not feel any different than the 15 bar pressure of other competitive brands. The drip + espresso makes the utility value go up. The materials used are cheap plastic however, I would not complaint here because of the price of this product is significantly cheaper than the other brands with similar features. You'll get you pay for and if you set low key expectations, you will love the product. Things to love: - Removeable tray - Changing the espresso filters for single/double shot is very simple. - Excellent programming and the LCD display makes it better - Frother works great. - Its very compact.

SO far this machine has been easy and good to use. The steamer works great. Makes a great cup of espresso and coffee.

Got this coffee maker so we could make espresso and coffee. Overall it has done a good job of both. Slightly more cheaply made than our last coffee maker but holding up well after 1 month. Buttons/programming are not as intuitive but very simple once.

I was so excited to receive it in the mail. I got it at a flash sale I guess but $99 couldn’t wait to hook it up and make my 1st cup. Well I was surprised it made a pot of coffee perfectly not a problem with a coffee maker at all, however my neighbors probably three streets over good hear the machine frothing oh my God it was louder than I don’t even know I had to return it because couldn’t use it in the morning and fear of waking people up. It’s too bad great product except for the engine sound.
