I had a drip coffee maker for my wife and me, but since my wife wanted to buy an espresso and a milk frother to make cappuccino coffee at home I did some research and came across this Bella Pro Series. I did not find many reviews and I still gave it a try and the first thing I noticed is that it is so simple to use and that the drip coffee testes better than with my other coffee maker. For the cappuccino side of the house being a novice, I had no problem to figure out how to make them and to froth the milk that I ended up making a coffee station.

Bought this coffee maker around this time last year on sale as a gift for my wife. She uses it multiple times a day, and I'm going to need a wheelbarrow for all the money that I'm saving since she stopped paying $8 for a cup of coffee. The unit itself is easy to use, both espresso and coffee come out great. The milk wand takes a little getting used to, but also works great. If you are looking for something easy to use that does espresso and drip coffee, I would recommend this one.

Works great, not too big, and easy to clean. I got it for a great price on the deal of the day! Unfortunately there was one small piece missing but it doesn’t hinder the product.

The machine works great. I use the espresso everyday now, works like a charm. Unless you have some experiance making espressos, take your time, do a little homework. Once you are comfortable, the fun begins Enjoy!

Been using this coffee maker for almost two years and it does everything well for a "non-professional" coffee & espresso machine. The espresso extraction process is simple and you can make 4 double espressos before needing to refill the water tank. The machine footprint is not bad as it isn't too wide and not tall at all so smaller kitchen counters are safe. Regular drip coffee tastes good and brews fairly fast.

Easy to use and makes delicious espresso drinks. I bought with a 50% off Black Friday deal so it was a no brainer considering what you can do with it

Great Coffee machine. We use it everyday since our purchase and don't regret it at all. The espresso part makes excellent espresso once you're used to it. The instructions on the guide weren't super clear. The coffee machine is great except one part. We assume that the markings on the carafe is for cups but it's not. The 10 "serving" that is advertised is misleading because it only equates to about 5-6 cups instead of 10 cups.

Great coffee maker with extra options. We've been saving money by making our own americanos and latte's at home. Only knocked one star off for the fact that this coffee maker didn't come with internal filters for the water like our Cuisinart has, but overall a great buy!

It does yield good shots with nice crema. But portafilter is soupy, from the beginning journey with this machine. I looked for tips and tricks all around the internet and applied to get less soupy, but nothing has worked yet. Steam wand worked very well and after several takes and practices, I was able to get perfect foam every time until couple of weeks ago when the milk started bubbling and sputtering during the frothing process and can't even get to complete it. Programable drip side works very well, and I am satisfied with side of the machine. I am following cleaning and priming instructions suggested in the manual.

Makes great coffee. Buttons don’t work as described on directions. Still getting used to.

Love it! I drink coffee everyday and this makes it so much easier than stopping at Starbucks. Espresso machine is amazing. Feeling like a barista.

This is very user friendly, easy to use and very easy to clean. The espresso and coffee are both great and it's nice having one machine to do both. I've also owned an $800 Phillips espresso maker and that thing was a nightmare. Cleaning was a pain, the tank was always empty, the filter always had an issue and it spat water before the espresso so it was always fairly blah. I thought this would be a temporary after thought but so far we love it so much we have no immediate plans to shell 4 figures on another machine. Also, it's very quiet. Our previous few have been so loud, one was unbereable.

I’ve used professional espresso machines and this does a great job for the price. Pretty easy to figure out. You may need to steam your milk twice to get it as hot as you’d like but thats not a big deal. Pules great shots, makes great drip coffee, steams milk. Sign me up!

I love this coffee machine. It makes a great coffee that tastes good, what not every machine does. Plus it makes espressos. Easy to use, just a little complicated to set up the amount of water per espresso shot, if you decide to change it.
