I’ve used professional espresso machines and this does a great job for the price. Pretty easy to figure out. You may need to steam your milk twice to get it as hot as you’d like but thats not a big deal. Pules great shots, makes great drip coffee, steams milk. Sign me up!

Good coffee machine. Professional style coffee maker.

I love this coffee machine. It makes a great coffee that tastes good, what not every machine does. Plus it makes espressos. Easy to use, just a little complicated to set up the amount of water per espresso shot, if you decide to change it.

It does yield good shots with nice crema. But portafilter is soupy, from the beginning journey with this machine. I looked for tips and tricks all around the internet and applied to get less soupy, but nothing has worked yet. Steam wand worked very well and after several takes and practices, I was able to get perfect foam every time until couple of weeks ago when the milk started bubbling and sputtering during the frothing process and can't even get to complete it. Programable drip side works very well, and I am satisfied with side of the machine. I am following cleaning and priming instructions suggested in the manual.

Opening the box was pretty "labor intensive". I like to read instructions on items that look difficult to operate and the instructions were lengthy as well. But as long as you read them the machine is easy to operate. I tried the frother but you definitely need practice on it if you are not already a Barista.

Makes great coffee. Buttons don’t work as described on directions. Still getting used to.

One of the higher bar pressure capable models available and happens to be a 2in1 and was great, until I had a power outage, something funny happened not sure, in process support will edit or post conclusions

Coffee machine works really well easy to use. Like that it is an all in one machine. Well built and everything seems sturdy.

Worked amazing! Had no issues with it and easy to learn how to use. Got it as a gift for my mom and ended up using it more then her!

This makes great espressos and coffee. While a bit bulky (so if you need counter space, go for something else or pack it up each morning) it’s perfect for our morning routines. I recommend getting the warranty coverage as our hot plate under the urn cracked within six months without reason. Still works but cannot get a replacement.

Great combo espresso machine. The espresso comes out with anice foam on top just a pro... Turn it on and have your first shot in a short time, no long wait.

This thing is awesome! We were looking for an all-in coffee maker and this one does the job.

Ive been using it everyday as well the espresso part is amaxing still learning the basic on how to make fancy coffees but great for beginners!

I want to give it 5 stars, it's great for being a cheap espresso maker, but we're on our 3rd one the first one the espresso maker broke within the first couple weeks, the second one came with a cracked hot plate, but that's probably on delivery. As long as it doesn't break again, i love it. If it lasts at least 3 years it will have been worth it.

This unit does everything its supposed to. No issiues, the quality is good and sturdy. Didnt take long to figure out how to operate.

Purchased the first unit and it quit making coffee within the first two weeks. The espresso shots never had the same amount of liquid. Exchanged for a new one. After nearly 4 weeks, the new unit is still working. The machine pulls very exact and repeatable single and double espresso shots. You can get steam or hot water from the steam wand. Coffee maker works well. Some considerations: -Portafilter is flimsy; -No holder for the espresso filter(s) when not in use; -Cannot pull espresso shots and brew coffee at the same time; -Steam/hot water is a little tricky to get started. Overall a nice combination espresso/coffee machine for the price.

It is nice a nice coffee maker if that is what you use daily, I use the espresso side once in a while and it works fine, I don’t know much about but it is a nice fixture.
