Not going to lie, the espresso side was a bit difficult to understand (had to look up instructions on you tube), as well as it being very messy, but other wise, I love it! It's going to take awhile until I am better at it, but I'm getting there lol. I've always loved my lattes. And I love the regular coffee side of it (I'm just a coffee lover) .

Worked great for about the first 30-45 days and then the coffee maker now will only brew about a 1/4 pot even though the back is full. Big bummer. Even bigger bummer is getting Bella to honor their warranty. Good luck

The espresso side of the machine is terrible. The steamer craps out after 5 sec. Its rare i can get a good steam going for my milk. The espresso drip is ok but certain espresso coffee brands dont work. The coffee side is excellent though. If your looking for a user friendly machine, this is not it.

Worked well for three years and then it started leaking water when brewing coffee to the point that almost all of the water leaked onto the counter. Disappointing. I was able to take off the bottom of the appliance and find the small hole that was the source of the leak, it must have been a weak point in the metal. I am disappointed that it did not last longer. We were not using it daily - a couple times a week at most. I also did not find operating the control panel to be intuitive. Didn’t hate it, just disappointed.

Got this black Friday for 99$ Definitely worth the price. It can move a bit while attaching the espresso because the machine is not that heavy or grounded but does a really good job.

An okay machine to purchase while on sale. It is quite large and just fits under our upper cabinet. Sadly, it lets off so much steam that you must pull it out from under the cabinet to fill and brew. We had the machine for about three or four weeks. On the coffee side, we never could get the correct balance of coffee to water ratio with so many brew-strength options. The included washable filter was a nice bonus. This was our first espresso machine purchase so there was a learning curve. The frother was loud and made a bit of an ear-piercing noise. Making the shots worked fine for a while, but then the pressure built up so much we had to unplug it to disengage. At that point, we decided to return the machine and purchased a single unit (in another brand) rather than continue with a combo machine.

Works great, not too big, and easy to clean. I got it for a great price on the deal of the day! Unfortunately there was one small piece missing but it doesn’t hinder the product.

That is one of the best coffee maker we ever had. I love it . It is absolutely worth the money.

The espresso and coffee segments of the machine work great, and I haven’t had any issues with it overall, but a full five stars would overlook a few things that could use improvement on future models. My main two issues: the tamper is plastic, and the steam wand leaves something to be desired in terms of pressure/power.

Purchased this product on deal of the day. Original cost was $249.00. I paid $ 99.00 + tax $ 105.00 total. Coffee machine works good. Espressos are good too. And saving $ 150.00 Was great. Well worth the cost.

I was tired of having multiple coffee machines on my countertop and this resolved the problem. Simple to use. Easy to program. I like the option of making a single or double espresso and that these extra attachments were included. My only complaint would be the length of the electrical cord, it's too short.

Easy to use coffee maker a little big but i found a spot for it.Expresso maker quick easy got clogged up had to run vinegar through machine cleared it up hard water i guess.Got on clearance good price

Makes great coffee and expresso. Easy to use and easy to clean. Works well. So far no issues. I actually bought 2 of them.

Darn nice and very versatile. I love me some black tea and my spouse loves chocolate and caffeine. This one unit meets both needs and for the price makes a great cup of each.

I'm not sure what I'm missing out on with a $400 espresso maker but I'm not sure that I care. It's really easy to operate and doesn't feel cheap. I'm really happy I went with this and saved my money.

I bought this as a gift for my mother. All the features work wonderfully except for the frother. I may be using it incorrectly, but I cannot get it to froth warm. It makes the milk frothy, but does not warm it. This is just a minor inconvenience, otherwise this product is perfect.
