I'm not sure what I'm missing out on with a $400 espresso maker but I'm not sure that I care. It's really easy to operate and doesn't feel cheap. I'm really happy I went with this and saved my money.

It has worked really good. After 9 months of continuous use we haven't had problems. The cleaning process is easy and it's a very useful machine to make espresso and drip coffee. Excellent quality-price

I bought this as a gift for my mother. All the features work wonderfully except for the frother. I may be using it incorrectly, but I cannot get it to froth warm. It makes the milk frothy, but does not warm it. This is just a minor inconvenience, otherwise this product is perfect.

Intuitive, efficient, reliable. A steal for the price. Was expecting shoddy worksmanship but plasantly surprised, the plastic feels a bit brittle in some places but thats about it. All the important buts are of very high quality metal and steel: great bang for your buck if you dont want to tradeoff the counterspace and box up your drip machine, but want a decent latte from time to time

I have conflicted feeling about this coffee maker! While it's dual and can make both traditional drip coffee and expresso, I don't like that it's bulky! It takes a lot of space on the kitchen counter. It gets the job done; I think the coffee is done in minutes which also is a problem for me - coffee is never really bold/strong. I wish it had a feature where you could choose the brew strength. So, most times to get a strong black coffee I have to pour a lot of grounds in. I like the expresso it, on a good day, I feel like a barista at Starbucks. I like that you can program it to come on at set times, this helps on mornings I know I'll need to start my day early. Waking up to the smell of coffee and knowing I don't have to rush to get the coffee maker started is a nice touch. So yes, a lot of good, my only con is the size.

I’ve had this coffee maker for over a year now and I absolutely love it. I can do simple coffee all the way to my favorite expresso drinks! Easy to use and clean! Would recommend to anyone who just needs something to get the at home coffee fix without having to spend $7 on a 16oz drink.

We've had this for about a month and it's been great so far. Seems like a quality item at a great price. Other reviewers have stated that they've had problems after a longer period of time, but ours is doing well. My only issue is that the espresso filter basket is very stiff and hard to rotate completely to the locked position. Otherwise it's been working great. Nice to have a combo unit with the pump-stye espresso maker (instead of the pressure driven kind).

A perfect cup every time! Easy to use and easy to maintain. And the espresso side gives you that crema on top that makes you feel like a professional barista.

After a few weeks the hotplate the carafe sits on collapsed into itself. I was able to pop it back up but that also stopped being a reliable solution pretty quickly. The machine also pops and steams for about 30 minutes after the coffee is finished brewing. It is very loud. I never got the hang of the espresso feature so i cant speak to the longevity of it but the actual coffee machine is rendered useless.

I love the espresso machine! I haven’t used the actual coffee maker. I do have to say the espresso machine is very loud as well as the frother, but it is a delicious end result!

I have had many cappuccino machines since 1970 where the only ones available were in Italy where I flew to buy one! My last one was a DeLonghi, bought in the USA. I was disappointed as the pot was ill designed and dripped coffee every time that one poured the beverage. The machine died about 2 years later. I was, therefore, reluctant to buy a Bella Pro cappuccino machine even though it cost less than the DeLonghi. The Bella Pro machine arrived days early and was well packed. The regular coffee was delicious and the pot was well designed so not a drop was lost. The cappuccino side works well though I have not used it much as yet. So far I have been very pleased with the machine. I highly recommend it.

Makes great coffee and yum coffee. Coffee comes out hot and better than any other machine coffee i ever had before.

Got on sale for $100 so great value. Took a minute to learn to use but overall easy and good quality!

Purchased in December as a holiday gift for my husband. Stopped operating in February. Expresso side worked but would not brew coffee. After 6 months and several communications with the company we have FINALLY been issued a refund(it came in the mail today!). Initially, I would have been satisfied with a replacement unit but the company would not offer that. Instead had 4 communications weeks apart each asking for something different- receipt & photos were totally reasonable but then I had to send a video explaining the problem and again showing the machine not operating. Then I had to send a photo of the unit with the cord cut. It felt like delay tactics. In the end, I'll be happy to purchase something different and cut ties with this company. Maybe 4 months seems like a reasonable amount of time for a refund but I felt it took too long. (FYI- best buy only had a 15 day refund period.)

This machine is great at making espresso and coffee. I would agree with other posts that the drip coffee part of the machine does run a bit slower than other models I have had but it isn't really a problem. The espresso part is fantastic! I make lattes daily now with this and love it. I have to say I think most of the poor reviews are coming from user error, this machine does take some time to learn but once you do it is so worth it.

Great appliance. Very user friendly. Exactly what we wanted.
