I hate to write a negative review. However, after about a month of use, there are issues. Twice this morning the bottom of two different coffee pods were bent but not pierced, so only got hot water. The lid over where the coffee is placed isn’t closing completely, and my son had to hold it down to function properly…he was not using a pod, but the grounds filter. That’s also probably why the coffee pods aren’t working. I agree that the dispenser for grounds is much too small for a decent cup of coffee. Of course, it is over 15 days so Best Buy won’t let me return or help I’m to call the manufacturer, and there is no one there on the weekend. I will not purchase from Best Buy again. Or I doubt I will buy this brand again. Oh, and there was a corner of the water tank missing when received…about a half inch chunk but I had assumed it would not affect the use and we needed the coffee maker. Wish I had returned.

This single cup brewer is perfect for my guest space. Its sleek design is better than others. The color is great for modern decor and really fits into any aesthetic. I also love how fast it brews a cup of coffee, tea or whatever single serve cup I’m craving.

This coffe maker delivers a great cup of coffee. I love the K-cup feature and grind coffee option along with being able to brew different size cups from 6oz to a tall coffee mug or thermos to take it on the go.....

Was received quickly and no damage. Works really well and brews a nice cup of coffee and it is easy to use. I would highly recommend this product

This is great for coffee on the go. It’s very nice when a larger travel cup fits in the space. I have larger coffee makers and my travel cup won’t fit. This can work with a s smaller mug or up to a 32 Oz travel cup. Makes 6oz all the way up to 14oz. And it’s very slim so doesn’t take up a lot of space in the kitchen. Would be great for home or office use. Love the auto shut off too! Don’t have to worry if you turn it off before work.

Good product. Fits in a small space but gives options for different size cups.

The product was well packed. Using a k cup is difficult I have to use a small mallet to get the spike to puncture the bottom of the cup

Very nice and easy to use. Got this one to replace ann old one. Bella is nice.

I’m not happy with my buffet maker. You can push 6 ounces and I’ll give you 4 ounces and push 10 ounces and give you 6 ounces. No rhyme or reason why it does it. I bought two of them one as a gift, but I’m scared to give it to them

Every time it works, it first throws water and gives more ounces than it needs.

I think it could be better quality but it works although I do have trouble closing the lid.

It makes soso coffee. I bought for the office so it does the job

I really love this coffee maker. I love that it has the option for you to brew your coffee "now" or you can brew "later." You can also make it strong. It also has a clean option.

This is a great coffee machine. I would recommend buying! I haven’t had the best luck with Keurig machines in the past, but the Bella brand is great .

Was given as a gift. From the first cup it never worked right. I am disabled and not able to get it returned so it went in the trash. This is the second item from the company that had to be disposed of. Lesson learned!

Didn't work after unboxing. Top lid doesn't close correctly. Cheaply put together will be returning.

This is trash. One week of use and it brews hot water only now
