Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The machine itself is pretty and has a nice tank but the thing overfills no matter the setting to match the cup size, will not cleanly puncture the pods and instead snaps a triangular hole in the pod which leads to grounds in your cup. This issue started recently, with the most recent issue a few moments ago it stopped heating and dispensing coffee at the normal rate and only dripped into the cup. Upon first sip it was almost nuke warm at best. And unfortunately I cannot return it as I am 12 days past the return window. This last issue is a total deal breaker and now I have to purchase another machine that actually works as intended.
