does not work well the water doesnt want to come down only light water the full coffe its not brewing.its just want to heat up in steam on the top and pussing steam out like it wants to explode throught the top. is garbage i want to thrown t away. Very disapointed.

I only gave it 4 stars because sometimes you get grounds when using a pod.

I bought this because I thought it might help me cut down on coffee, but I just making a couple of cups instead of a half a pot of a day. The problem is the lid to the water should have been securely permanently attached when you go to put the lid back on it falls into the water almost every time Several times I want to make my 1st cup of coffee only half to 3/4 instead of the full cup I told it to make I only paid $20 for it. What a deal but it was a piece of junk so I returned it.

Very poor design. The lid does not shut securely so steam escapes. Sometimes only hot water comes out when using a pod.

I normally do not like to do reviews and am a Bella fan. BUT - I rarely used it only a couple of days each week, on average. After a couple of months, before it started "acting up" and it stop working a couple of months after that. I have a few Bella products with no issues. I will try one of their other "pro" coffee maker products. If it "act up" within a short time period, they've lost a long time customer.

This coffee maker does what it says. Brews perfectly every time. I love the convenience of using grounds or kcups. Try it you’ll love it.

This coffee maker is the worst. No matter how much coffee grounds I add to the basket, I get an inconsistent brew from cup to cup. Sometimes it's perfect, other times it's transparent and weak. For reference, I use a 10oz coffee cup and always brew 8oz of coffee. I tried using my larger one on the 14oz setting and it was absolutely terrible and incredibly weak. If you're using a normal sized coffee cup, plan on cleaning up coffee splatter from anything with a foot of your coffee cup. I've tried to mitigate this by placing an empty coffee cup upside down on the base, then placing my empty coffee cup right side up on top. As far as ease of use, it's reasonably simple. The silver tab at the top says to "Push to Open" so I was pushing *down* on it but you need to push the "tab" piece *into* the coffee maker. I nearly broke mine before I figured it out. Overall, I would not recommend this to anyone. Unfortunately, I waited too long to return it so I'm stuck with it.
