Ok, I guess. All you need to do is accept that there are two buttons to brew coffee — which function identically. Also, it frequently pitches a fit, stopping halfway with all the lights flashing.

Very cheaply made. Lid was already popped open before I took it out of the box. Once out of the box. I could not get the lid to stay latched down. Unfortunately I had to return it...

Not that great. Only K-Pod worked. The regular grounded coffee functionality did not work. It just spit hot water out. The K-Pod coffee wasn;t tasting good either. It does know how to whistle loud enough to scare my kids :) Luckily I had warranty on this and exchanged for something better.

I used it sobering but love how it works would but again if need it.

We've been very disappointed with this coffee maker. The way the hot water is delivered through the top of the machine doesn't fully connect and the seal allows water to escape out into the area where the pod is placed making a hot and watery mess at the top of the machine and making a smaller cup of coffee than intended while wasting a pod. We've had it for less than 6 months and are already having to replace it with a more trustworthy and well-built machine. Not worth it- at any price.

I purchased this as a gift to a friend. She loved it.

Works well…efficient and brews to expectation…great when on the go. Also a space saver that sits comfortably on my counter with other appliances

I have purchased and returned several of these now. Does not give consistent amount of water. Coffee k cups work fine but if you buy mocha or chai tea for whatever reason you end up woth water all over your counter. I would NOT buy again and wish i could return the one i kept.

This is a great product for a person who wants a single cup of coffee and I love the way you can switch to pods or ground coffee I highly recommend this product the coffee taste great

Perfect for my single cup of decaf! Also great to use when company is over!

Works great and I especially like the fact that it has a reusable filter. I like the ability to be able to have a coffee to go container too.

Gufted this to my boyfriend. He gavevit a good try & emded uo throwing it away. It was difficult to get the cups to pierce and sometimes it just wouldn't. Then with cups or the loose coffee cup you fill yourself (didn't matter) it would spray water everywhere making a huge mess.

I've only begun using it, but it has worked very well and provides hot coffee using K-cups. I've used it with my travel mug. It holds enough water to make three 10oz cups. At this point, it is every thing I need, and I give it two thumbs up.

Store brought Keriug pods work well with this coffeemaker. Making the homemade pods leaves coffee grounds in coffee after brewing. But overall the coffeemaker works very well. Brews the coffee just the right temperature.

To be plain, this is a pod unit that just has the cheap adapter in it for grinds. Ive never had a pod based unit properly brew grinds in thr adapters. I thought this would be different but its not. The coffee is ridiculously weak with what feels like dirt water in it. No flavor or depth of color. Its an absolute joke and i will probablt be returning it. If you like to use yohr own grinds, stay away from pod based ones like this!

I thought the Bella Dual Brew/Single Serve Coffee Maker would be perfect at home. I’ve found it to be quite messy. It spews the drink rather than pouring, causing liquid to splash all over the countertop and wall. The mess continues when a taller cup is used.

Bought this for Father’s Day and my dad loved it! He’s old school and prefers the coffee grounds over kpods but my mom prefers kpods so this worked perfectly for them!

Defective. Will return. Steam comes from top of unit. Lid will not close completely. Used with ground coffee. Pod adapter appears to be missing.

This was one I could not pass by. I really appreciate the sake price on this item and I always wanted one, but the price was a little over my budget.Thank you again Best Buy. Now I know why you are called Best Buy.
